MARVELOUS EXPERIENCE I was looking for a different vehicle for about 3 months to no avail for one reason or the other I could not get the deal or the car that I wanted. I Decided to go to Destination Nissan the rest is history. I now own a Murano fully loaded, just what I was looking for and at the price that I could afford. The dealer was even savvy enough to add on a warranty for different parts of the car that was not under warranty, navigator system etc. of course I paid for it but was so happy he thought of it. My experience at Destination Nissan was a positive unforgettable experience. Would I recommend my family and friends you better believe that I would, as a matter of fact Nissan will be my next purchase when I am ready for my next vehicle. Thanks guys you get an A. More

I said I was still in the looking stage but since other dealers were not cooperating I returned a couple of days later. I was greeted by George and we discussed the Sentra I wanted. We took a test drive and he explained the features of the car. He is very thorough and answered all my questions. After discussing price, we came to an agreement and started the process. I picked up the car a few days later .All the paper work was ready to be signed, insurance transferred, DMV form obtained. George made this a pleasant experience. More

Gave me a run-around & unknowingly cancelled my auto policy I came to Destination Nissan in January after receiving a letter about a trade-in program (for our 05’ Murano). I told the sales rep upfront that I di I came to Destination Nissan in January after receiving a letter about a trade-in program (for our 05’ Murano). I told the sales rep upfront that I didn’t think they would be able to offer us something that would fit into our price range because of the payoff needed on our current vehicle… but told him I came in just in case we were wrong. Even though I came in fully aware and expectant that they may not be able to find us a reasonable offer they chose to lead us along over the course of four business days. During this time, we dealt with four different employees, were given misinformation (about how much they would give us for our trade-in) and were withheld from pertinent information (such as what the new expectant APR would be). They tried to lock us into a particular vehicle that we were not interested in (a Grey Rougue – My husband wanted anything but grey and they had 4 other colors available on the lot). They neglected to tell us what our expected monthly payment would be, until I finally insisted, and found that the payment they expected us to accept would be $100 per month over what we stated our maximum willing amount was. We ultimately decided not to purchase a vehicle and do not plan on ever returning to this dealership. If our experience within the building wasn’t bad enough, unimaginably it had gotten worse. Two weeks after leaving the dealership we received a letter from our auto insurance carrier. To our dismay we opened the envelope to find it was an addendum to our policy, stating that as of two weeks prior, our 05’ Murano, as well as the lien holder, had been taken off our auto insurance policy. It was replaced with a 2013 Nissan Rogue. A Rogue which we did not own, nor did we sign any paperwork for, nor did we test drive, or even see for that matter. We had driven our 2005 Nissan Murano for two weeks, through two heavy snowstorms, UNKNOWINGLY HAVING NO INSURANCE ON OUR VEHICLE. When my husband called the dealership and asked tried to speak to the sales manager, he waited on hold for 40 minutes before hanging up and calling back. Then he was transferred to the manager’s voicemail. He did not receive a return call. He called again and was then told by the receptionist that the sales manager was declining to speak with him. He outright refused to answer his call or get on the phone. He did not offer any apology or even give my husband the respect of speaking with him directly. The manager did relay messages back through his receptionist, stating that yes, it was somehow acceptable and standard for an auto insurance policy to be altered before a sale is completed and without a customer’s prior consent. We ultimately ended up purchasing a Rogue from their competitor further up the road. Their competitor was able to get us into a brand new 2014 model with a payment $50 less than what we would have paid at Destination Nissan for a used 2013 model. I would not refer anyone to Destination Nissan. Ever. Period. More
Superior salemanship We were coming out of a lease and wanted to get another Nissan. We were promptly greeted by Michael Vitallo and were shown a few vehicles. Mike not only got us the vehicle we wanted but also the color and other options we were looking for. He accomplished this in a very timely fashion without making us wait around like other dealerships tend to do. He got everything done on our wish list and also gave us a great deal. I would highly recommend him as a sales professional as he gets right back to you and actually listens to what the buyer wants and goes out of his way to make it happen. Thanks Mike! More

The staff don't communicate!! The staff does not talk or record information to share/document. The staff seem to know I'm scheduled, but not why. They don't clean the car after they are done (although I saw them clean other cars). I have bumper-to-bumper coverage that I paid a lot to get, and they don't even know that! More
