BEWARE! From the reviews on this site we thought we were in good hands choosing Destination Nissan. We were in contact all week with them, gave all ID's and c From the reviews on this site we thought we were in good hands choosing Destination Nissan. We were in contact all week with them, gave all ID's and credit info to lease a vehicle. They even emailed us photos of the vehicle we were interested in leasing from their lot and we gave a $500 deposit. All was well until the day we went to actually pick up our car. Paperwork signed, keys in hand on our key ring, checks written and then WHAM ! The financial manager Eric tried to pull a fast one. He talked us in circles and it turned out he COMPLETELY changed the terms of our deal The weird thing is he had us signing all sorts of paperwork every thing looked good until time to sign actual agreement. He changed us from a lease to a buy with some outrageous APR over 84 months! We didn't even know what he was trying to charge us for the sale of the vehicle, we never negotiated a price because it was supposed to be a lease. We NEVER discussed or inquired about financing options or anything else. Eric turned out not only to make us feel he was trying to take advantage of us and insult our intelligence, but he was unprofessional and extremely rude after we declined to proceed with the deal. So thankful we were able to recognize what we perceived as a predatory nature of the deal he was trying to sneak by us. Furthermore, the credit score Eric said we were given in writing was false. We received our scores from Experian in the mail for the same day they ran it and destination Nissan low balled our score by over 50 points each! It was a total lie and very very sketchy! We write this review to serve as a cautionary warning to others. Had we been desperate or "new" to signing financial agreements this could have turned out very badly for us. We have to say, the sales staff, Jason, Suzanne and Randi were knowledgeable and helpful. There is a definite breakdown in communication and professionalism in management within the financial and sales departments at Destination Nissan. And that's one "Destination" we will not be returning to. More

From the moment i walked in the door i was greeted by a gentlemen, name Anthony Grant. He was not pushy like some dealers are, especially being a woman walking in with 2 children. He asked me what "I" wanted and was looking for. I told him exactly what i interested in and he made sure he looked for what i really wanted. We test drove the car, unlike some dealers he was not trying to persuade me into this particular vehicle. I said i liked it and would be interested in purchasing the vehicle. Once back we negotiated a price i felt was comfortable, and being that i am a very apprehensive person he assured me not to worry. To make a summary i am now have my beautiful 2009 Nissan Altima, Eric (i believe his name was) in financial explained everything to me i was signing, especially being my 3rd car but first bank purchase car. Not for nothing i got a lot for what i paid for, roadside assistance, warranty, and the most courteous experience ever. To add more, once i signed all the papers, he did not just brush me off just to make commission ....Oh yea i also got a Galaxy 4 tablet lol....i definitely would recommend Destination Nissan. More

Brakes again. I purchased my used 2011Nissan Altima from a local Chevy Dealership and believe I couldn't have gotten a better price at any Nissan Dealership! My car had a brake job four months prior and it was more than obvious it was needed again. I wanted to get the job done correctly and felt that going to a dealer for service would put original parts in and get my car back to prime operation. Called Destination Nissan and brought my car in for service at the appointed time, no problems. The car was taken care of promptly. I received a phone call with a price estimate and asked if additional service could be done (brake fluid flushed and replaced) with the cost all up front. Two hours was needed to complete the job and the car was done timely. As my first experience at destination Nissan was a pleasant one. More

Gave me an estimate on length of time to take care of the problem as well as do oil change. Arranged for transportation to my job downtown. Called me later and car was ready as promised. He explained what the problem was with TMPS and that it was now corrected. When I arrived back at your dealership, Sean had my paperwork ready and I was out in a few minutes. Sean is a reason why a customer would come back to your dealership. He is courteous and efficient in his dealing with me as a customer. Also the young lady at the cashier's office was also polite and efficient. More
