My service rep, Edward, was one of the most friendly and patient people I have dealt with. I was having a terrible morning but he and the rest of the staff really were so kind that I left the dealership feeling in a much better mood. It was great to come to Nissan and be reminded that not everything has to be a hassle and there are still generous people in this rushed and busy world! Thank you Nissan! More

His explanation was complete and really introduced us well to the car, reviewing its many options. He made himself available for all our questions. BEST experience at a dealership yet! I hate buying cars. I honestly think it's the activity in this world I loath the most. However, Destination Nissan made me a believer that dealershi I hate buying cars. I honestly think it's the activity in this world I loath the most. However, Destination Nissan made me a believer that dealerships CAN deal straight with you. We had a VERY specific car in mind-- the Nissan Xterra is not a very popular car. They only sell about 25,000 of them nationwide each year. Of that vehicle, we only wanted the top trim (a Pro-4X), in MANUAL (even more rare) and my husband had a very specific color in mind. There were two that came on the market earlier in the year and both sold before we could come to an agreement on price. When it came on the market again with a competing dealership, we finally agreed to compromise on our price a bit. Not only did the competing dealership lie to us, they offered us $1000 for our 2004 Xterra (I traded in a beat-up '93 Civic for $1500, $1000 for our babied Xterra is plain insulting). They also treated us like we were stupid. I negotiate for a living, so I don't like to negotiate when I go to a dealership. I walk in, tell them my price, and I expect a yes or a no answer. I have the credit and the money to purchase, so I don't want to waste their time and I appreciate that respect in return. Thus, after a HORRIBLE experience, we went to Destination Nissan and were presented with George Bliven. For the first time, I walked in, checkbook in hand, gave my price and George came back and said "I'm sorry-- I can come within $500, but that's our rock bottom." Every other dealership would spend over an hour going back and forth to their manager $6k off my price, then $4k off, $2k off before they bottomed out. We know this car and we know what was reasonable. However, George and his manager John DeWolf explained why and respected my time and my knowledge (we know entirely too much about this car). While they couldn't come all the way down to my price-- they offered what incentives they could and respected my honesty. I will tell you, I highly respect theirs. We were able to come to an agreement, and let me tell you-- we ended up walking out of Destination Nissan with the exact car we wanted, at the MOST competitive price we had been offered. When I say we got more than we thought we would, I am being completely honest. This car is for my husband. I am personally debating between the Mazda CX-5 and the Nissan Rouge in a year's time. If I go for the Rogue, I will absolutely be coming back to see George. I know I'll get honesty, integrity, and a salesperson that will do his very best for me. Not once did I feel like I was being "sold". I felt like I had a team of people who were doing their best to get me what I wanted at the best price they could offer. I couldn't be happier with our experience. I would HIGHLY recommend Destination Nissan over any other dealership in the capital district. More

Best Service Staff in Capital Region Again, I had an excellent experience having my Jeep repaired. Annette diagnosed the problem over the phone and was 100 % correct that I had a separate Again, I had an excellent experience having my Jeep repaired. Annette diagnosed the problem over the phone and was 100 % correct that I had a separated belt on one of my tires which was causing my steering to vibrate. She also had the original factory tires in stock which three major tire dealers did not have when I called around town. I replaced many front end parts on my car myself, which would have not have been necessary had I called Annette first. Destination Nissan has a great staff of technicians , is reasonably priced, has speedy service and can always be counted on for honesty and a correct diagnosis. More
