Bill Jones is fantastic! I drove through the lot on a nice Saturday morning with the intention of literally just physically laying eyes on the Rogue to see if I liked it. Bill I drove through the lot on a nice Saturday morning with the intention of literally just physically laying eyes on the Rogue to see if I liked it. Bill came out to the parking lot and suggested that the Pathfinder would probably give me a more similar ride to the car I was driving and just mentioned I may want to look at it. He didn't pressure me to come into the showroom - he didn't pressure me in any direction, he just offered his 2 cents, gave me his card, gave my daughter a balloon and asked if he could call me later with some potential figures. He knew I wasn't interested in sitting at the dealership and he got it. I had a call back relatively quickly, wasn't working out for me though. He followed up with me in a VERY non pushy manner (one call a week later, and one more a few days after that because I told him I was interested), and ultimately his calm persistence and ability to work out a better and better and ultimately a TREMENDOUS deal led me back to Destination Nissan and my new 2015 Pathfinder. It wasn't haggling - I told him it didn't work, he understood and worked on it more. He has also been GREAT keeping tabs on the service department for a "we Owe You" that the dealership needed to give me when I bought the car. I'd recommend Bill any day! Even with the shortcomings and frustration I've had with the service department with the "We owe you", Bill has done his best to help me out with that as well!!! I'm still a customer to Bill and he treats me as such, he hasn't forgotten me simply because the deal is done. More

At the other dealerships i feel like we were not taken seriously, or we were treated like a bottom line number. At destination, we were treated with respect. I had struck a deal to buy a Frontier and when it came down to making the deal a second sales manager overrode what a previous sales manager offered me. The deal would have cost me another $2500 dollars. Totally unprofessional all the way accross the board...saleman..sales manager. Please do not use this dealership.
