Patient workers I was looking for a car and I knew basically what I wanted to get, but I wasn't quit sure. Sandy set me up with Bill Jones a salesman and Mike Hernand I was looking for a car and I knew basically what I wanted to get, but I wasn't quit sure. Sandy set me up with Bill Jones a salesman and Mike Hernandez for finances, they made a difficult time easier to deal with. Between Bill asking many questions about what I was looking for and showing me many cars when I was asking him about new and used cars and prices. Poor was in the office trying to get me the best deal and running the numbers for the things I was after. They both went above and beyond what most places would of bothered with. I went to one place out Schenectady way that couldn't be bothered to come out and talk to me. Guess who got my business it wasn't them The guys at Destination Nissan did right by me. I'd go to Bill and Mike any time and if my friends need a car that's who I'm going to send them to. Good work guys and thanks for being patient with me. More

Positive Experience I visited Destination Nissan with the intention of leasing a new vehicle since my current lease was coming due. I had leased a 2013 Nissan Altima fro I visited Destination Nissan with the intention of leasing a new vehicle since my current lease was coming due. I had leased a 2013 Nissan Altima from Destination and was interested in the 2016 Nissan Maxima. I worked with Lenox Wright, who was accommodating and knowledgeable. He took me for a test drive and was flexible until we reached a deal that was fair. In fact, I gave them a few hours to prep the car and was able to drive it home that evening. Overall, I was happy with the experience and appreciate Lenox's willingness to work with me in order to put me in the car I really wanted. More

Friendly and helpful Initially met with Bill Jones who was very friendly and helpful in showing us the what was in stock for the model we had selected. Unfortunately, we needed to purchase a car quickly to replace a damaged one and there weren't many currently on the lot. Also we had to walk out when no one approached us after standing around both outside and then inside, Finally someone asked to help us and we were then introduced to Bill. Bill was able to give us the info we needed on the car and brought it around for us. He was able to set up a date for us to pick it up that worked with our schedule. He was able to get us the price we thought fair, When we met with Bill on the pick up date, he was ready with the paperwork, We then met with Dave from the finance dept. He was able to get a decent interest rate and was willing to explain options in financing and warranty until all the details were understood and even able to make some changes to fit our needs. Bill showed how the car worked and had the car warmed up and ready to go on a chilly day. Then he synched up the phone and blue tooth. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was the fact that employees appeared to be sitting around when we walked in without anyone noticing us and we had to threaten to leave before Bill was brought right out from the back. More
