Terrible service and worst decision ever. Absolute worst experience!!!!! I bought a car from Destination Nissan, and it was the worst decision I've ever made, starting with the sales rep Mich Absolute worst experience!!!!! I bought a car from Destination Nissan, and it was the worst decision I've ever made, starting with the sales rep Michael Vitallo. Stay away from this place and him in particular. I bought my car in September 2015 with 85000 miles on it and in less than 6 months, less than 50000 miles traveled, the timing chain went out. I went to speak with Michael Vitallo and asked him how this was possible and he said" Oh yeah, these cars need to have the timing chain changed every 60000 miles" I asked him why he didn't tell me that when he was selling me the car and he said he didn't know, that was his answer, he didn't know. I asked to speak with the Sales Manager and he refused to speak to us and said there was nothing he could do. So now I am stuck with a 1500 charge to fix the timing chain for a car I bought less than 6 months ago with 85000 miles from Destination Nissan. Do not fall for their BS and lies, go to another Nissan dealership. More

From the moment we were greeted at the door by our love We had a truly wonderful experience at Destination Nissan purchasing our gorgeous 2016 Rogue. From the moment we were greeted at the door by our lovely concierge to final financial arrangements with David the Finance Manager. We really felt secure in the knowledge that every one was knowledgeable and had our best interests at heart. Every employee including a variety of service people smiled and welcomed us. Lenox, our salesperson was was extremely knowledgeable and respectful of our needs,desires and budget limitations. Kudos to Destination Nissan for choosing to employ wonderful people and keeping them happy and motivated. and passing their on that comfort and enthusiasm to their clients. We are in our mid 50's and purchased several cars in 25 Years of marriage, this was by far the best experience we have had in in a a process that has the ability to be stressful and overwhelming. It WASN'T!! More

Oh My Gosh You People are horrible! I called Destination NIssan to ask if they could get a Red Nissan NV200 with back windows and backup camera. I explain that I had a HORRIBLE experien I called Destination NIssan to ask if they could get a Red Nissan NV200 with back windows and backup camera. I explain that I had a HORRIBLE experience at Lia Nissan - (including test driving an NV200 with low air pressure, that the sales rep knew about). BRANDY tells me it takes about a week from the time I put the deposit down and I would have to come in and talk to a sales rep and manager and I could take a test drive in one with air in the tires....Oh Boy! We book an appointment for 7:00 p.m. that night. I drive 1/2 to get there in 6 degree weather. First the door slams like the window is going to shatter. I cannot tell the sales people from the customers...no one has a suit of dressing clothes on. A young girl asks me if she can help...I tell her I have a 7:00 p.m. meeting with Brandy...she disappears and comes back with "MIKE", who says he's in the process of delivering a car but what he can do for me. With a big dumb look on my face I say "Um, Brandy didn't tell you anything about why I'm here." He says "No", and then proceeds to tell me he was actually supposed to be out of here by 6:00 and once again reminds me he has a car to deliver and knows nothing of why I am there and they don't have a red NV200 in stock. (I knew that already!) I shake my head in disbelief, tell him "I don't have time for this nonsense...apparently you don't want my money. And you don't deserve it." Turn and walk out the door that I am pretty sure the glass is going to break on one of these times. Why would they send someone out who couldn't help me. I would have bought the NV...It must be nice to have so much money you don't need customers...... More
