Within few days I was driving home in new 2016 Rogue SL. Tim prepared all the paperwork and helped to negotiate a great deal. The other guys that were very helpful with straight upfront approach to the transaction was John DeWolf (GM). I walked in on a busy Sat afternoon and he got right with me for the financials, and car options. Excellent professionalism and no messing around. Also wanted to shout out to Ray Rameriz for all the lease documents, preparation before we arrived for pickup, and staying late on Monday night to get us squared away with Nissan. I appreciate the hard work and attention to details these 3 professionals provided my family. Overall process was quick, high quality and customer focused. Thanks so much Tim!!
