Furthermore, despite the fact that he was working overtime for the day, at 9PM he sat down and showed me how to operate every single feature in my car and answered all of my questions. Instead of being pushy, he simply told me if I had any questions to get his attention. Once I need help, Antonio came and gave me all the help I could have asked for. He walked the lot in the bitter cold and showed me as many vehicles as I was willing to brave the cold to see. He was very open in the price negotiation and I feel like I left with a great deal.
