Superior Customer Service! I can't even put into words how amazing my experience was at Destination Nissan. I worked with Robert White and he went above and beyond in so many mo I can't even put into words how amazing my experience was at Destination Nissan. The dealership is an hour and fifteen minutes from my house and during our initial phone conversation I told him I wanted all the numbers up front and don't wish to be surprised that I wasn't able to be financed or the numbers changed when I got there. Robert kept in touch with me throughout the week and never left me hanging. He got me into the vehicle I wanted, broke down all the numbers, answered every question I had, provided photos of the vehicle, emailed me the Carfax and ALWAYS got back to me right away! His customer service was superior and he did exactly what I asked of him - no surprises. All I had to do when I got to the dealership was test drive the vehicle and sign the paperwork. If anyone is looking for vehicle and doesn't want to be hassled, have their time wasted or feel as though they've been cheated, I highly recommend going to see Robert! Really great demo, really great guy Reasearched the heck out the Nissan Rogue, and knew what I wanted. He knows his products in side and out, and was able to handle all of our questions. When it came time to deal, he was one of the most laid back sales people I have ever dealt with. Genuinely concerned that you picked the exact vehicle you wanted, and bent over backwards to make the sale happen. When I took delivery, he took a long time going over even more features and got me familiar with all features and toys and made sure I had what I needed to get going with our new Rogue. I highly recommend working with Antonio. We feel like we got a fantastic car, and have a great relationship with him, and the dealership as a whole. More
