Very poor customer service I had bought a used car from destination Kia, drove it for 3 months and put less then 500 miles when the transmission lost 5 gears. They did fix it at I had bought a used car from destination Kia, drove it for 3 months and put less then 500 miles when the transmission lost 5 gears. They did fix it at a Chrysler dealership and Chrysler paid for it, I felt it was a lemon so they offered me a trade in on a Nissan rogue, one week later it was in for leaking seals and smelling anti freeze. They fixed it under Nissan warranty. I purchased a extended warranty and gap insurance. 3000 miles later and 10 months felt it was still a junk car, so I traded in at another dealer. Took weeks before they would return my calls in regards to warranty refund. The car was covered under Nissan warranty till 36000 miles.traded it at 30,000. Now I paid 1450.00 for warranty and never used it and they say I only get a portion back, also never mentioned that I get my gap money back also. I had to go to bank that financed the car to get paperwork and they told me I get my gap insurance back, now the dealer only gives a portion back. This is wrong and I will be speaking to my attorney. More
