The dealership was really clean and hospitable. I found the process of filling out paperwork and being provided with maintenance programs a bit rushed. At one point I thought my monthly payment was I found the process of filling out paperwork and being provided with maintenance programs a bit rushed. At one point I thought my monthly payment was to increase by $400.00 with the maintenance contract. It wasn’t until I commented my mortgage was less that the finance person explained the $400.00 wasn’t on top of my monthly payment. I realize the process of buying a car may be rote for sales and finance people but it isn’t for the customer. Slow down. More
