April 2019 Service personnel were very nice and professional. Also, Bob the gentleman that drove me and picked me up from work was great. Professional Walked into dealership for a scheduled appointment and was greeted immediately by Mark who told me Sandy was not in today and he would be helping me. Asked what I was looking for and went and got me a vehicle to test drive. I decided I like the model in the show room instead and he graciously went and got that model for me to test drive. All the time he was helping another customer but he was still very attentive to me. I ended up buying the car in the showroom. The process was easy and very relaxing.
