All because of Roberto & the loaded Rogue We were really only visiting Destination Nissan to test drive a competitive vehicle to Kia Sportage and to get a few of the best deals to compare feat We were really only visiting Destination Nissan to test drive a competitive vehicle to Kia Sportage and to get a few of the best deals to compare features and price so that we could have the most leverage at time of purchase. Roberto Hernandez was a very good Sales Representative, he knew that we wanted a vehicle that was loaded with features. We were very impressed with the Rogue, thought it a much peppier vehicle than the RAV4 we tested and had amenities that the Sportage that we drove did not (the dealer did not have one that fit our needs on the lot). We worked the deal over the phone and ran into a small misunderstanding from the promotional documentation from Destination which led us to believe that the "restocking fee" at the end of our other car lease was covered... Roberto spoke with the management and had the fee taken off (saving the deal and making us loyal customers). Thank you More
