Service on 2 recall items. Recently purchased a used 2012 Versa from a private owner in WNY for our daughter attending college in Troy. Seller updated battery and brakes prior Recently purchased a used 2012 Versa from a private owner in WNY for our daughter attending college in Troy. Seller updated battery and brakes prior to sale. He told us the "Check Engine" light went on due to his mechanic changing the battery but that it would go off after driving the car for a short distance. After registering the car and driving it for a few days, however, the Check Engine light failed to go off. Investigating further, I learned this vehicle had 3 recall items on it which hadn't been taken care of by the original owner. By now our daughter had the car in Troy so we needed to locate a reputable Nissan dealer to help us with the recall items. That is what led me to choose this dealer. More

Not Good, to much wasted time Paperwork took 2.5 hours. we were told 1 hour. customer came in after us and make a big stink, they move them ahead of us and demo the car. Not Cool.
