Always such a gentleman and so fast responding to questions, pricing etc. Ray Ramirez is also wonderful to work with. We actually worked with him 3 years ago when we leased a different vehicle. We were very pleased to work with him again. He makes all the paperwork go very quickly and smoothly and is very informed in explaining it all. We did have one negative experience, however, the night before finalizing the deal. Actually, I was in the middle of completing the credit report. I received a phone call from the sales manager. He didn't give his name, but said that there was a mistake, the wrong VIN number was quoted to me and my payment would be higher than what we agreed on. He was very rude and actually yelled and hung up on me when I told him this was not my problem, they would need to rework the numbers. Roberto knew nothing about this at the time of the phone call, although the "sales manager" told me he did and was very upset, which was not the situation at all. More
