Friendly atmosphere I was contacted by the salesman about a week before I went in. He wanted me to come in and look at turning my least in early for new vehicle. The poor girl who was left explained what she could and she was not knowledgeable about the car. The charge cord was missing but the bag to the charge cord was there but empty. I still don't know where the spare tire is. No manual in glove-box and no emergency number to call in case we get stranded. More
