They finally figured it out! I had a great experience after 2 previous terrible experiences at this location. Eric headed up the service and the analysis on my car and found out a I had a great experience after 2 previous terrible experiences at this location. Eric headed up the service and the analysis on my car and found out after one hour that it was and issue covered by warrantee and got me a rental very quickly. On my 2 previous visits, communication was poor and no one figured it out. Those guys are gone. They got me rides back and forth but couldn't successfully diagnose the problem so I kept going back on the road with a car that was unreliable. I would like to add that I was given a brand new model of my Nissan Altima (and offered a Rogue if I wanted). I was never so happy to get my own car back (2016). The newer model has a lot of safety features but the visibility was very poor and I really needed all the safety help I could get because I couldn't see out the back window even with my seat at the highest level. This is a great feature. I also liked the heated steering wheel and seat but the overall heating system was too complicated and uneven. The new seat had better lumbar support. But I still like the simpler dash and controls of the 2016 Altima. More
