"A breathe of fresh air!" Who would think buying a car and dealing with a sales person could EVER be a good experience? My husband and I were searching for an upgraded used car Who would think buying a car and dealing with a sales person could EVER be a good experience? My husband and I were searching for an upgraded used car to replace a 2005 Maxima. We were unsure if we wanted another sedan or an SUV. Over the past month, we had been to several other dealers for test drives....what a nightmare! Every vehicle we test drove was immediately followed by high pressure sales, talk of payments, financing and trade-ins...we weren't even sure if we LIKED the vehicle we had driven!! Enter Destination Nissan...from the initial inquiry we made online, to our arrival at the dealership one rainy evening...it was a breathe of fresh air!! Our Service Representative, Lukas Pettalino, was amazing! He was beyond patient, helpful and worked hard to make sure we found THE car that we both loved, wanted and could afford! We left the dealership that first evening without a car, but we knew we would be buying a car from Destination Nissan thanks to Lukas and his refreshing, positive attitude. The next week we bought our car and to Lukas' amazement after 500 test drives of new and used vehicles (slight exaggeration) we made a deal on a leftover ....a 2019 Rogue...WE BOTH LOVE IT!! We appreciate all of the staff we had contact with Sandra, Suzanne, Ray, Nick, but especially Lukas! We are actually looking forward to our first service visit...now who can say that about their dealership?!!! More
