She was confident and professional and made me feel comfortable with the information she was presenting to me. Between her and Justin White working with me with my financial situation I was able to leave an extremely happy woman with A BRAND NEW 2019 NISSAN ROGUE, which surpassed my expectations walking in the door ten fold. They both answered all of my questions, fulfilled my needs as far as the vehicle and pricing I was looking for, and were very down to earth, professional, kind, and respectful. I felt important and when making such a grand purchase that is important. Prior to visiting Destination Nissan I had shopped around at Lia Nissan and was made to feel like the money I was willing to spend, my presence didn't matter and that I was an inconvenience to the sales rep. So when I began working with Jess and Justin they made a point to make sure I felt valued as a customer and they would help in any way they could. When it came time to review the contract Jessica Bellon was amazing as well. She made sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed before I signed anything. She wasn't pushy or in a rush while working with me and that meant a lot. Buying a vehicle period, let alone a brand new one, is a very big deal and everyone was more than accommodating and helped put my anxiety with such a big purchase at ease. I HIGHLY recommend this Destination Nissan to all of my friends, family, coworkers and any one I have come in contact with when they comment on my new vehicle. Buying this vehicle has completely added value and sustenance to lives of my children and I, and has just made life much easier in general. Having had used mass transit and Uber/Lyft as means of transportation for the better part of the last three years this experience has been a game changer for me and I couldn't be more pleased.
