Friendly Faces We traveled from Rome, NY to this dealership (2 hr.) to 'look' at the 2019 Monarch Orange Nissan Kicks SR. My husband knew this is the color vehicle I We traveled from Rome, NY to this dealership (2 hr.) to 'look' at the 2019 Monarch Orange Nissan Kicks SR. My husband knew this is the color vehicle I dreamed of owning. Monday evening, 12-16-19 at 4pm, I was hesitant to make the journey after each of us working a full day. We had visited another dealership two days prior that was closer to our home area. They introduced us to the Kicks as I was sitting inside of the silver Versa. They only had Cyanne Red (which is not my color). I told him I'd settle for the Red vehicle instead of the long drive for us to Albany area. That salesperson, who was closer to home, would not negotiate for a mutual agreement. So we set out for our 2 hour drive. We were greeted as soon as entering the showroom floor. We were offered beverages, and made to feel 'welcomed' right away. Mike presented the vehicle for our inspection. IT WAS MORE THAN I EXPECTED!! The color was so intense, the interior Leather, and only 6 miles on the odometer! At that moment I realized, "This is MY car!" I was no longer just looking. Mike worked with us crunching numbers, back & forth with Adam until we came to an agreement that satisfied all of us. We were never felt rushed or pressured as the clock was ticking closer the their closing hour. As we sat in Nick's office for the financing part of our transaction, he was also exceptional to work with. He searched several financial businesses until he was able to present us with the best offer. We started our 2 hour drive back home. I decided not to tell any family members about our new purchase & wanted to keep it my Christmas surprise. The following day I could not contain my excitement and had to show my co-workers pictures that I screenshot to my phone. I felt like a child on Christmas Eve waiting for Santa until Sat. 12-21, for pick up! Mike sat in my Kicks with us, explaining every detail, & 'how to' before we drove off. I was so appreciative of all three of these gentlemen for their patience and willing to get me the best offer possible, that I came bearing Thank You Gifts (Toblerone chocolate bars). I left my 2012 VW Jetta behind, with some sadness, as I headed home with my Christmas gift to myself. I am so happy that I did not settle for less than I wanted! More

Very nice staff The staff is always welcoming and very nice. They take you in right away upon arrival. I waited at Nissan only because in past experience they have been quick but this time it took over 1.5 to get completed. When you take time from work to wait you hope they handle you pretty quickly considering I also was an 830 in the morning appointment. More
