During this crazy time of covid the process was very fast and easy. Suzanne was great on online. She was able to do all the groundwork for the sale. She responded to all my text messages quickly. In the middle of giving me the details he found better payment and rate. He was helpful on explaining the extended warranty and gave his honest opinion was what was best for me. The one minus was I had an appointment for 1130 but I did no start completing paperwork until 1215. That was a long wait with no customers at the location. Tim took over and was very nice and explained every document I was signing. Because of the social distancing was was not able to closely inspect the inside until I arrived home. I then noticed there was no owner's manual, the keyless gadget was on "low battery", and the trunk carpet had no fibers on a square foot of one corner. These were very minor details that do not take away from the good service. I am waiting for a call from the GM to see if Destination will rectify these minor issues. Overall a good experience. More
