While Matt Vangelder was gracious, polite, and helpful, unfortunately, I had to deal with his manager. I found his sales manager to be arrogant, unhelpful, and he sarcastically told me to do my "due dilig unfortunately, I had to deal with his manager. I was not impressed with the new service team. Was told it was recommended that my brakes be cleaned and that I change out my air filters. Each job would cost more than $100.
