This visit was for my first service(oil change) on my 2023 Sentra. Was taken in promptly upon my arrival and the car was ready in less than 1 hour, which I was very pleased about. A 2 week ordeal. . my daughter was looking to buy a pre-owned car they listed on their website. We sat down and began the process but due to time of day (evening) we w . my daughter was looking to buy a pre-owned car they listed on their website. We sat down and began the process but due to time of day (evening) we were going to have to complete the deal the next day. We were advised that the title was coming in a few days but left the dealership with a pre-approval and my daughter also put down $1000 deposit before she left. The next day, our salesman Mike had the day off (unknown to us) and the day after that the finance person, Randy, was not in... and still no title. This "hit or miss" went on for a week and a half, all the while we were constantly reaching out and leaving voice mails requesting updates. Mike was almost non existent and never followed through when he said he would reach out. We would call their main number of the dealership and atleast 3 times they didn't answer that line! We decided to move on and would request the $1000 deposit back. However, before that, we put one more call into Mike to ask if the title was in and discovered that he hadn't come into the office that day.. Went to another dealership and found another vehicle to purchase. As my daughter was signing paperwork for her new car purchase, she gets a call from Naomi from Destination Nissan that the title was in. I took over the phone call and advised that we had moved on and found another car to purchase. She was snippy and said she had just rushed to get everything ready to move forward. I replied that their lack of communication and ghosting was the reason for this outcome.. And I also requested the refund of $1000. At first she said she didn't know what the policy was for refunds and that Mike would have to be in the office to be able to refund my daughter, but we all knew that was nonsense (xx). In the end, we received the refund back the same day (i made sure of it) and my daughter got a great car and great deal at another dealership. If you're considering working with Destination Nissan, do yourself a favor and don't!! More
Showed a disgusting vehicle when given more than ample time to prepare it public viewing. Promised a show room quality vehicle but couldn’t get to an obvious rip in a seat.
