I brought my car in for service and was told it would be a lot of money to fix, I cried, and then told them to go ahead. Alfie was wonderful he went way above the call of duty to make sure that I got a car I could afford and a car that I liked. All the people I dealt with at Advantage were friendly and extremely helpful. My salesman came to pick me up to take me to pick up my new car. He has come to my office for paperwork that needed to be signed and other little details that had to be taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone, they were wonderful. And I LOVE my new car. I have driven Suzuki's for 10 years and will continue to drive them!!! More

The Advantage Suzuki crew were extremely helpful when I had to get my head gasket replaced on the used Forenza I'd bought from them a few months ago. Came in for first oil change on New Equator and a problem with the horn. Horn doesn't honk when lock button FOB is activated. Use to, but doesn't now. After more than an hour waiting, was told that Service hadn't seen the Horn problem before and had sent a message to Tech Support at Manufacturer. I would have to come back after they receive a response necessitating a second trip. It would have been better if I had been made aware of that problem earlier in my waiting. Themn I would have known why it was taking so long. I can go to a Lube place and get an oil change in 10 minutes. Also, I was suppost to get my truck washed but because it was raining it wasn't washed. It would be better customer service If I had received a coupon for a future car wash. More

The two women in the service office were outstanding. They really know the business and the cars they work on. The man who worked on my car took me under the car (as I requested) to point out trouble are They really know the business and the cars they work on. I have to say that he is an excellent sales person that I have ever dealt with because he listened to me and let me explain my financial situation and he knew where I stood. I trusted him from the start and i felt and that he was going to comply with what I was looking for and not sell me something that I could not afford. Chris did everything possible to go above and beyond to satisfy me. What he promised he came through and I truly appreciate everything he did. Everyone at Advantage Suzuki,Albany is very friendly and goes out of there way to make you happy. I only wished manager Joe Barakat was on that day because every time I came in for my oil change he always greeted me with a smile and asked how things were going and if i was satisfied.
