The overall work that I had done appears to be fine. The only issue I have is that they did not wash my car after the work was done. Went in for service on my 2010 Equator. Both issues I had were fixed while I waited in the showroom. I went to the dealership with a phillips screw in one of my tires, I had been to a tire dealer who said it could not be plugged because of the placement near the sidewall. They did not have a replacement t my tires, I had been to a tire dealer who said it could not be plugged because of the placement near the sidewall. They did not have a replacement tire so I went into Advantage without an appointment and was greated with a smile. They took the car with the spare on and I went for breakfast. When I returned they (I actually interacted with three employees) called me in from the parking lot to tell me they had a used tire they could offer at much reduced price - who would have thought a dealership helping keep costs down for a customer?!!!! I agreed and within 25 minutes my car was returned with the replacement tire, the spare and jack put away properly and a bill of only $108.00 that could have easily been more than $50 more. I have been impressed with this dealership since the first time I walked in, I have been treated fairly, openly, honestly and always with a smile. I am glad that I have made the investment I have with Advantage Suzuki and I constantly tell friends and relatives about them...I hope some of them wander in as I did a year and a half ago and find a vehicle they like. They will be rewarded as I have been I am sure. Thanks for the service! More
Brought my vehicle in for the 7,500 mile service, plus I had problems with my navigation system. Service was quick and professional. The only disappointment was that I thought that I was to receive a car wa had problems with my navigation system. Service was quick and professional. brought my 2009 equator in with a rattling noise sort of like a heat shield or the catalitic converter. I brought my car in for service and was told it would be a lot of money to fix, I cried, and then told them to go ahead. Alfie was wonderful he went way above the call of duty to make sure that I got a car I could afford and a car that I liked. All the people I dealt with at Advantage were friendly and extremely helpful. My salesman came to pick me up to take me to pick up my new car. He has come to my office for paperwork that needed to be signed and other little details that had to be taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone, they were wonderful. And I LOVE my new car. I have driven Suzuki's for 10 years and will continue to drive them!!! More
I brought my car in for a noise in the front wheel. The tech couldn't find the noise. I still hear it occasionally. I also got an oil change. I normally pay ~$20 with a coupon. This time it was $43. I also experienced a bit of pressure to get additional work done while I was there. I knew I needed tires, but the car is only a little over 2 years old. Tires and brakes going in two years?
