I felt that they were disorganized. I made my appointment at the beggininng of the week and had to make arrangements to get my car there. My car is only three months old and I was having an issu appointment at the beggininng of the week and had to make arrangements to get my car there. My car is only three months old and I was having an issue with the equipment installed in my car. It was installed through suzuki through an outside vendor. Come to find out the vendor was never contacted to have them there for my appointment and they were the ones that needed to look at it. My car went down twice and never looked at. I decided to contact the outside subcontractor myself because dealing with them was awful. Not to mention that a month ago when my car went in for body work it came out with scratches that were not on it when it went in. Which the body shop did make that right so I can not fault them on that other than the fact that the dealership is a drive for me and it is inconvient to have to drive down there more than once for the same issue. All i have to say is this the 2nd time i have used your service dept. and both times I have left very very unhappy. You sent me coupons for $21.99 oil change and $1 state inspection. I made the appt. showed up on time gave the coupons and was told i am only able to use a total of 1 coupon per visit. All you are doing is wasting my gas. The coupons do say only one per visit but like every other coupon, that is one coupon per product you are buying. Now i have to waste gas again and drive back up another day to get my inspection done. Then on top of that you wanted to charge $63.00 to change a cab air filter. Come on this is insane. I went to auto zone bought a filter and had in changed in under 5 min. What would you do if you went to a store to buy stuff and was told sir, are company is getting very strict and tight only one coupon.
