I was very please with the service I received when I brought my Suzuki Kizashi in for an oil change, tire rotation, and NYS inspection. In capital region we are having only few good dealers that we can count and on 760 Central Avenue Kia (before was Suzuki) was and I believe is one of them. Unfortunately (may be this is my own personal p that we can count and on 760 Central Avenue Kia (before was Suzuki) was and I believe is one of them. Unfortunately (may be this is my own personal problem) now a days I am not happy overall. Before when it was Suzuki, the service center guys were very friendly, they used to give details about the services they provided for that particular day (in a check list form), they used to say 'please call us any time if u find something wrong after servicing'...and not only that the price wise they themself sometimes recommended how to save money and can get the best services. However, now the picture is totally opposite. just now (yesterday) I ended up a lot money for my new car servicing (still dont know clearly what they have done-just gave me a receipt with dropdown list (which layman like me can't understand)-with huge amount), not good behave from staff at all, seems very professional (dont know what is their benefit) and you know what, after came back home was getting some burning smell from right side of my car engine with little smoke. Today is sunday, they are close and certainly I know if I find the same smoke problem again and go back to them tomorrow, for sure they will say it is my problem and will be ending up paying them again. See, thats the feeling now I have for KIA Service department and I am really sorry for this. I wish they will keep the same standard like the way they had before (when they were known as Suzuki). And I also hope this feedback will be ignored by other customers who are satisfied by them. May be I am the unfortunate here :) More
Just moved to the area and had a service call regarding a Manufacturers Recall. Alex checked me in reviewed the work to be performed and showed me to the customer waiting area. The work was completed quickly and professionally, I was very pleased. The work also included an oil change and diagnostic check on inoperable fog lamps. Discovered the fog lamps were burnt out so new bulbs were ordered and replaced, but still didn't work. We were at the end of the day so another service visit was scheduled to continue the fog lamp diagnostic. The second visit was scheduled for an all day type visit, so I delivered the car to Alex and Mark Vandenburgh shuttled me over to my office. Mark is very professional, courteous and both delivered me and picked me up from my office flawlessly. He's a great asset to the dealership. This service is much appreciated as I'm in business and I can't afford long stays in car dealerships waiting for service to be performed. I'll continue to use this dealership as they respect and value their customers time. All things considered, even though I need to come back a third time to have the part installed, Alex has kept me informed and has done a great job in coordinating the necessary service for my Kia. After buying my 2nd Kia with the first being a Sedona and going 250,000+ miles, I absolutly love KIA's! Our experience started with Advantage Suzuki. We had an awesome experience when purchasing our 2013 Suzuki Kizashi. Dwayne was our sales person and never once did we feel pressured or obligated. We decided to continue to service our car with dealer even though we live about 35 miles from them. Our first oil change was great. Our most recent experience was great as well with the exception of the poor quality car wash we received. The dirt was basically smeared around my car so my husband had to wash it when he came home. We will continue to utilize the dealer for service/oil changes however; we will not get car washes there. More
