Scheduled a service appointment on the Web two weeks in advance for a Saturday and called the Monday before the appointment just to confirm that my electrical work could be done. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was advised that this type of service was not available on a Saturday. Kenny did attempt to help me in whatever way he could, however it would have been helpful to have received a call in advance, so that I wasn't inconvenienced. The appt. was rescheduled to a weekday, and work was completed to my satisfaction. On that follow-up appt., I spoke with both Kenny and Pat, who again tried to assist in whatever way they could. More
I didn't really know what the girl's name was, she didn't seem very friendly. She handed me the papers at the end and just told me to sign them. It had a price on there but I was unsure because I thought I didn't have to pay for the first service. I had to wait until she came back so I could ask her about that. In the meantime, another guy in service answered my question. I had to ask why my car wasn't washed as it said it would be in the email that was sent to me, that was part of the deal. She said that maybe they didn't wash it because it was raining. So I had to have them bring my car back in so it could be washed, which made me have to wait some more for the car. Other than that I love my car. I hope the service isn't always going to be like this though. More

Great service. Fast turn around. I had an awesome experience at Destination Kia! As i was on my way in to work one day, i heard a loud grinding noise coming from the Passenger Side of my vehicle. I immediately brought the vehicle to the s on my way in to work one day, i heard a loud grinding noise coming from the Passenger Side of my vehicle. I immediately brought the vehicle to the service department of Destination Kia and spoke with Kenny Lau. Kenny was extremely nice and well spoken. I explained to him the issues i was having and he immediately had a service tech examine the vehicle. Within twenty minutes, Kenny had a complete breakdown of what was wrong with the vehicle and how long it would take to repair. He even offered a shuttle service to take me to work and to pick me up once the vehicle was fixed! I will recommend Kenny & Destination Kia to everyone! More

This place is great. The location is perfect and their service is wonderful. I just had my 30,000 mile service and my car runs perfectly after.
