I came Sat., December 28, 2013 for my first service. I therefore had to make a second appointment for the following Saturday, Jan.03, 2014. I was told the visit would take 1 and 1/2 hours. I agreed and believed an appointment was made. However, I called that Sat. morning knowing that in Albany, often people do not pay close attention to what they do, and therefore it would be wise to confirm the appointment. Sure enough, Rick Grugan neglected to make the appointment. However, the service manager squeezed me in after I yelled at her, even though it was Rick's negligence that caused the trouble. So, I come in and wait 2 hours. After 2 hours I am told that a part is needed and I will have to come in a 3rd time, a third Saturday during my time off after working hard all week, to complete the service visit. Hopefully, they will actually be able to schedule the appointment and press the right buttons on the computer to confirm it when the part arrives. It would then be at least 4 hours and three visits that I would have endured at KIA to complete a simple service call and to turn off the tire pressure light. More
I came here for service because it was closer than where I purchased my car, Fucillo Kia and was pleasantly surprised that the service I was getting was cheaper than at Fucillo. While I was near the dealership, I dropped in at Destination Kia to see if they might have time to do an oil change..........the first one for my 2014 Kia Sorrento. I knew the first oil change was complimentary but was surprised that they did the complete 5000 mile service at no charge. I was in/out of the dealership in about 45 minutes. I came in for an 8:30 am appointment for an oil change expecting to use my coupon to get it for $19.99. It was Christmas Eve day. The woman pointed out that I was due for the 30,000 mile service. I said I would make another appointment next week to do it. I didn't have the money for it. Then she said I was also due for the 4 wheel drive service which was another $169.99. I said I would have to wait on that as well. I told her again, I would just do the 30,000 mile service next week and then wait on the 4 wheel drive service. She said okay, I'll apply this coupon to that then and she made a note on the papers. Then she said she would see if one of the guys was available. I thought that was strange since I was only getting an oil change, but I went out to wait. I waited over an hour and finally went in to see what was taking so long. I asked her if my car was done and said I didn't think an oil change would take that long. She said oh you didn't just have an oil change, you got the 30,000 mile service. I told her I had said I didn't want it, that I would make the appointment for that for next week. She said she would see where they were with it. She left and when she came back, she said they already did it, they're pulling your car around now. She never apologized, she never admitted she made a mistake. She seemed to get irritated with me. Luckily I had enough on a credit card to pay for it. I certainly did not expect to pay over $200 extra on the day before Christmas. What bothered me more was the attitude. I thought about it on the way home and realized that the last time I was there, they wanted to charge some outrageous amount to rotate my tires. I said no, that my husband would do it. Then they suddenly found a nail in my tire and I had to buy a new one. I don't know if they are trained to just try to drum up extra charges, but I can say that they try to find more every time I go in there. Again, yesterday just put it over the top. I specifically said twice I would do the service next week. That's when I get paid. Truthfully, I don't even know if she took the coupon off. More

My appointment for my second service was a 8 am on a Saturday. Very, Very convenient! I could not ask for friendlier people. They listed to all my concerns and the service was quick and painless. I had received a $20 coupon so my service to change the oil and filter and rotate the tires was under $30. They took the time to go over the entire vehicle and washed the car. The showroom has comfortable couches, a TV and free wi-fi. Brought my iPad with me and the time flew by. Free coffee too although I am not a coffee drinker. In and out fast and made the next appointment. I love this dealership from the moment I first talked to a salesman, great price for the 2011 Suzuki Kizashi, great product, great people and outstanding customer service. They always call me to remind me of my service appointment and contact me later to see if I am satisfied. I have never been contacted so many times by a dealership to make sure I am happy with them. They always go the extra mile. I would recommend them to anyone to buy a car. This is what a dealership and customer service should be. More
