Great customer service I was met by Rick before I entered the dealership. He introduced himself in a very friendly and professional manner. I told him it was my first service. He promptly told me what was going to take place and there would be no charge for this service. I was actually 15 minutes early but I was taken in right away. Very Good Service I had to bring my two-month old Kia Optima SX Turbo, with 3,500 miles, in for service unexpectedly for what turned out to be a problem with two of the I had to bring my two-month old Kia Optima SX Turbo, with 3,500 miles, in for service unexpectedly for what turned out to be a problem with two of the spark plugs. While it was going to be there, I arranged for an oil change and tire rotation. When I checked in for my service appointment, I was advised that I would have to pay $49.99 for the oil change and tire rotation as the first service is free--at 5,000 miles. I would have thought that since my brand new car already had to be there for a problem, they would have done the "complimentary" service at that time. They did do the service, but not for free. I did have to pay the $49.99 special price. I thought it was odd that they wouldn't do the "complimentary" service since I already had to be there for a problem. Other than that, service was great. More
