Destination Kia - Service Center

Service and Repair My Optima EX was due for its 60k service when I hit a curb when exiting a 'Round About' rotary. Unfortunatly for me it was a vertical curb, not a mou My Optima EX was due for its 60k service when I hit a curb when exiting a 'Round About' rotary. Unfortunatly for me it was a vertical curb, not a mountable curb so even though the speed was relatively low, the damage was significant. Destination Kia provided excellent service in the past so I didn't hesitate to bring the car back to them. My service rep Kenny took note of my expected services along with my budget of a not to exceed cost. He confirmed that he would contact me with all findings from any damages found in the inspection by their service techs. Kenny called me the same day, reviewed their observations and it appeared we would be able to fix the damage and remain within my cost budget. However, unfortunatly for me the wheel itself was damaged beyond repair which needed to be replaced. Kenny was able to get the new wheel so I was able to pick the car up on Thursday. Basically, I was very happy with the service I received and most happy with the exemplary shuttle service I received from Mark who has made sure I've always had transportation when I've needed service for my Optima. The one downfall would be the friendliness of the employee I worked with...he wasn't as welcoming as I would have enjoyed very short and almost came off rude but he did relay all problems to the tech and called me to go over work.
