Best Salesperson Ever! Peter was amazing to work with. I stopped by Kia to get an estimate on damage that had been done to my car. He is the ONLY reason I decided to get a new Sorento. I can't say enough positive things about him - I will recommend Destination Kia to all of my friends and tell them to make sure to see Peter. Highway robbery Don't have service done to your car here I brought mine in cause my door latch on my door would not close they made me pay $99 just to look at it to t Don't have service done to your car here I brought mine in cause my door latch on my door would not close they made me pay $99 just to look at it to tell me that the door latch was internally broken and they would have to order a new one and install it for over$200 I brought my car home looked closer at the latch and seen it was full of dirt and grease alittle wd40 and he latch was fine when I went back to destination (ripoff ) kia they said they would not refund my $99 after I had told them there technitions had miss diagnosed the door latch saying it was broken when it was only gunked up with dirt what a scam I even talked to the manager habeck and he refused to give me back my money don't go there it's highway robbery!!!!!!!!!!! More

Great changes made to this dealership This dealership made some great upgrades over the past few months. Most notably, they refrain from playing obnoxious techno music in the showroom! Kenny, the manager, is a wonderful person and always takes great care of his customers. He knows people by name and greets people accordingly. Service times are fast and efficient. This was my second visit to them, overall the employees are informative, professional, and efficient. I would recommend them. Excellent customer service I was in yesterday to have my alignment done after being told by Mavis it needed it when I had new snow tires put on.
