Repair I visited Destination KIA for a repair during warranty period on my Sportage 2015, and although they weren't able to fix it on the spot, they are foll I visited Destination KIA for a repair during warranty period on my Sportage 2015, and although they weren't able to fix it on the spot, they are following up on the technical problem with KIA engineers to get back to me. This was my second visit to them, overall the employees are informative, professional, and efficient. I would recommend them. I have purchase my car from a different state, but have found Destination Kia great in meeting my service and repair needs. More

Excellent customer service I was in yesterday to have my alignment done after being told by Mavis it needed it when I had new snow tires put on. Im so glad I decided to take it to Destination rather than believing them, because I was told my alignment was perfect!! I appreciate Destination'so honesty and not charging me for something I didn't need! I am so happy I bough my car from them and will continue to always bring my Soul to them for service!!! More

Love Kia I originally purchased my car from Lazare Kia. When they were purchased by Destination I was worried. Other Kia dealers (Fucillo) were nightmares. I like to make an early morning appt in case I need to bring my son. The waiting room is clean, nice and big enough for a mom and her baby to hang out and not disturb anyone else. Transmission Replacement Suzuki 2009 XL7 It was covered under a $100,000 warantly which was honored so I was happy. My car had 99,700 miles. Replacing spark plugs was competively priced, so It was covered under a $100,000 warantly which was honored so I was happy. My car had 99,700 miles. Replacing spark plugs was competively priced, so I had that work done as well. TPMS tire Sensor & re-programming was more than double other service places. So, I did not have Kia do the work. More

Experience was excellent. I had an appointment to have my 2014 Kia Sorento serviced on 12/22/14.......oil changed, tires rotated, car washed. Sean, my service advisor was frien I had an appointment to have my 2014 Kia Sorento serviced on 12/22/14.......oil changed, tires rotated, car washed. Sean, my service advisor was friendly and efficient. He walked me to the waiting room and pointed out the tv, coffee etc and said he'd come get me when the car was ready.....which he did. More
