I was amazed at the professionalism and caring in how everything was handled. My original car was towed there when it broke down. The service dept was great. We dealt with Chuck and he took great care in explaining everything about our "broken down" car. On our way to the service dept we meant one of the nicest salesman I have meant. Marat Lozhkin took awesome care of us by showing us cars that were available in our price range and what we needed to meet our needs. He helped us get a great deal. When we got the deal together we were taken into an office where we met Aaron to sign the papers to finalize our deal. He, too, was a super nice person. We also met a very nice lady that worked there named Nicole. She was so nice. On his way out before he went home for the day, we met the owner. He, too, was great. Very personable. I would totally recommend to anyone looking for a new or used car or service to a car to go to Destination Kia and look for anyone of these guys or any other person that works there. I am sure that any one of them would take great care of you. Thank all of you at Destination Kia. More
I must be the one who cannot tell the truth. Was shocked to hear that the appointment I made weeks in advance was unknown to them. So I decided to at least talk to the service manager. Valedictorians new car- 4 trips still not repaired properly. 4 trips so far for Brake Master cylinder, and leaking side windows, nothing too important, still need to return again for passenger window. NEW 2014 Kia Forte, 2dr, manual trans. 1st visit - nice but had a difficult time understanding the problems. 2nd visit-Master cylinder parts came in went for installation. Results -lost a half day of income drove 80+ miles round trip only to be told after an couple hours wait that they would have to reassemble the car they did not "GET" a master cylinder. good time to check. Next after another week, call to check on the part status and D" Kia can not find any record of the service, part re-order etc. Finally they get it together, do the repairs and now the D'Kia repaired passenger window has traveled beyond the upper limit ruined the new seal and the service tech says they will replace the seal. What about the over travel? and track dislocation or damage because of the over travel? service dates Sept 2015, Oct 2015, More

Highway robbery Don't have service done to your car here I brought mine in cause my door latch on my door would not close they made me pay $99 just to look at it to t Don't have service done to your car here I brought mine in cause my door latch on my door would not close they made me pay $99 just to look at it to tell me that the door latch was internally broken and they would have to order a new one and install it for over$200 I brought my car home looked closer at the latch and seen it was full of dirt and grease alittle wd40 and he latch was fine when I went back to destination (ripoff ) kia they said they would not refund my $99 after I had told them there technitions had miss diagnosed the door latch saying it was broken when it was only gunked up with dirt what a scam I even talked to the manager habeck and he refused to give me back my money don't go there it's highway robbery!!!!!!!!!!! Kenny, the manager, is a wonderful person and always takes great care of his customers. He knows people by name and greets people accordingly. Service times are fast and efficient. They never up-sell and keep their promises. Prices are reasonable. More
