Mr. Ball, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention and we are reviewing this internally to improve in the future. We show that you had an 8 am appointment for a complimentary oil change, paid tire rotation, and complimentary car wash. Our company target for that service is to complete the car within an hour to an hour and a half. We obviously failed as we can see that we cashed you out at 9.47 am, which would be a service time of one hour and 47 minutes. We apologize and assure you that we have made substantial investments in both personnel and equipment to expedite our express service. Thank you again for your patronage and we look forward to an improved experience upon your next service.
