Great Family Friendly Experience While waiting to have our vehicle serviced, Rich noticed us struggling to keep our two children (ages: 15 months and 3 weeks) calm. Our 15 month old w While waiting to have our vehicle serviced, Rich noticed us struggling to keep our two children (ages: 15 months and 3 weeks) calm. Our 15 month old wanted to venture around the facilities and was throwing a temper tantrum because we wouldn't allow her to. While that was happening our 3 week old was also being very fussy and crying. Without thinking twice, Rich came over to give us a hand. He talked and played with our 15 month old allowing us time to tend to our newborn and get her back to sleep. Afterwards he even gave us expert tips on ways to soothe newborns from his past experiences with his now 19 year old daughter. Rich made us feel welcomed and at ease which we as new parents appreciated very much. Rich wasn't even the service advisor that was working with us which makes this all the more special. Thank you Rich for your great service and thank you Destination Kia for employing such kind, family friendly staff. More
Poor service time Not happy with Kia destination today. Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Had early morning appointment. Was told to speak with Pat, the service manager ( for complaint) when I called I was told he was on vacation ( was not offered an alternative person to discuss my displeasure with). This is not the first time that timeliness has been an issue at this dealership for service work, it's the first time I have chosen to complain More

We had an appointment in the Service Dept for our 2017 Kia of which the lease woul My husband doesn't like to deal with "high pressure" dealerships. We had an appointment in the Service Dept for our 2017 Kia of which the lease would be ending at the beginning of May. While at your dealership we wanted to see what our options were. We ended up leasing a 2019 Kia and left within just a few hours with our new Sportage. We had the pleasure of dealing with Dillon Wagner, a very friendly, pleasant young man. Our overall experience was a good one. From the Service Dept., to sales, to financing. My husband usually gets very frustrated at car dealerships. He said this was the first time that he didn't experience that. We would recommend Destination Kia to anyone shopping for a new vehicle. More

Not compensated for their mistakes and my inconvenience Brought my Sorento in for oil change and tire rotation and told service tech to replace the rear windshield wiper blade. It was listed on the work ord Brought my Sorento in for oil change and tire rotation and told service tech to replace the rear windshield wiper blade. It was listed on the work order. When I got home discovered that the wiper blade was never replaced. Had to drive all the way back to dealer, they put the blade on and charged me full amount for it. When I asked the service tech how they were going to compensate me for my inconvenience, he told me there was "no compensation for a customer's inconvenience". I left and a week later got a phone call from "KIA CONSUMER SERVICE" asking me how the service was on the day in question. I told them very unhappy with Derstination Kia. Told them the service dept. screwed up and I had to come back and it meant nothing to them that I was inconvenienced. They gave me a case number 12726136 and said someone from the dealer would call me to compensate me for my inconvenience. I suggested a free oil change and tire rotation or free inspection. To this date nobody has called me back. I called Kia Consumer Service several times at 1-800-333-4542 to find out the status of the complaint and they transferred me to consumer affairs who to this date has still done nothing. Why bother having an oversight division (Consumer Services and Consumer Affairs) IF THEY ARE NOT GOING TO DO THEIR JOB AND GET SATISFACTION FOR THE INCONVENIENCED CUSTOMER WHO HAS A LEGITIMATE COMPLAINT ABOUT THE SERVICE THEY RECEIVED AT DESTINATION KIA? Its all a joke. To this day still no resolution to my question HOW IS DESTINATION KIA GOING TO COMPENSATE ME FOR MY INCONVENIENCE? More
