They are scam and the biggest liars. I don’t recommend this dealership to anyone. My lease car came with free oil change until 36k. I left my car, service called me for payment and I gave him my credit card number. When I pick my car up I found a receipt $79.99 in the car. I asked service department why is the price different? They said this is how much oil change cost. I told them I e-sign for $39.99!! First he didn’t believe me but after he check his tablet he was like this is not right. I asked what kind of oil service use and he said full synthetic. I told him you have been using half synthetic and which is I ask and sign for. He said they never use half synthetic for my car. I request him print out my car history. After he saw that service have been using half synthetic oil all the time. He didn’t have an answer for me and someone else jump in the conversation and said Kia motors start requesting full synthetic. I was like since when? Right after I use all my free coupons? I’ve never get mail-email-phone call about it. You didn’t even tell me when I brought my car. You didn’t tell me price difference when I made a payment in the phone! They even refused to refund the difference even tho I sign for $39.99. (Of course manager is not in the office and never call me back about this issue even thought service said manager will contact me) DO NOT TRUST this LIARS! More

My friend thankfully recommended Destination Kia. They diagnosed my car quickly and upfront stated what I needed done and what was and was not covered under warranty. It was no hassle at all. There was a factory issue with my Telluride that needed to be repaired and repainted. After 2 1/2 months, they brought my vehicle in and claimed to “repair” it but made the issue worse. After being blatantly lied to by the service department, horrible touch up paint, and complete disregard for the issue my Telluride was sent to the collision center. Fred and Eva promised to take great care of my car. In the mean time, I reached out to Dave regarding my disgust for the issue via phone, email and text with no reply. My vehicle was repainted however, my door panel was gouged, my windshield was scratched terribly and there is over spray on the entire vehicle, including all black mouldings. A new door panel was supposed to be ordered and they were going to address the windshield and over spray when I went back, but I have not heard from the dealership in nearly a month. I have been in contact with Kia Corporate regarding my displeasure and a potential buy back of my vehicle. Each time they reach out to the dealership, they are told by Patrick my issues have been resolved and my vehicle returned. Incorrect. I hope DestinationKia can make right on this as they truly have a wonderful dealership that was highly recommended to us. We have been repeat customers, had great experiences with Sales and Financing and would like to continue working with them for any future purchases. With that said, my vehicle needs to be replaced or returned at this point as every time it has been in for repair, I get it back in worse condition than it started. I spoke with Eva in the collision center today who assured me Dave would reach out to me today to address my concerns. It was my understanding the dealership closes at 4 pm and it is now nearly 6 with no phone call. More
