I left my keys in the drop box for a 9am service. Never received a call by 1030 so I called in. Supposedly my keys weren’t found in the drop box that morning. After waiting 12 mins on hold they were final received a call by 1030 so I called in. Supposedly my keys weren’t found in the drop box that morning. After waiting 12 mins on hold they were finally located and my car evaluated for service. If I hadn’t called would anyone have bother follow up if I was going to arrive for my appointment? OT would I have just returned Saturday afternoon to find my car was never serviced? Not happy with the customer service or follow through. More

Great interactions with Marshall and Rich and Pam. Marshall helped me set up appointment when I needed to schedule for my “scotch guard” then he helped me when I brought the car for that and then Mars Marshall helped me set up appointment when I needed to schedule for my “scotch guard” then he helped me when I brought the car for that and then Marshall was able to get me in when I ran over a metal chunk and the tire had a hole in it. Marshall kept me informed on the process of checking on my warranty process with the finance department and then helping me connect with Rich for a ride to and from work. Thanks to both of them!
