This was my first time at this dealership and I came to look at the SX4 because I needed a new car and wanted one with all wheel drive. Since my parents were visiting for Thanksgiving, I had them come with look at the SX4 because I needed a new car and wanted one with all wheel drive. Since my parents were visiting for Thanksgiving, I had them come with me on Friday. My mom is disabled and uses crutches; before I could close my door and get over to help her, Alfio came outside and was assisting my mom. He is so nice and helpful! All of the associates that we dealt with are friendly and down to earth (not pushy at all). The finance manager (Mark Laniewski) made sure that I received the best interest rate, and was very thorough in explaining everything. Alfio did a wonderful job at describing all of the functions of my new vehicle. I love my new car (its my 1st brand new car)! I highly recommend this dealership!!! More

Came in for first oil change on New Equator and a problem with the horn. Horn doesn't honk when lock button FOB is activated. Use to, but doesn't now. After more than an hour waiting, was told that Servic with the horn. Horn doesn't honk when lock button FOB is activated. Use to, but doesn't now. After more than an hour waiting, was told that Service hadn't seen the Horn problem before and had sent a message to Tech Support at Manufacturer. I would have to come back after they receive a response necessitating a second trip. It would have been better if I had been made aware of that problem earlier in my waiting. Themn I would have known why it was taking so long. I can go to a Lube place and get an oil change in 10 minutes. Also, I was suppost to get my truck washed but because it was raining it wasn't washed. It would be better customer service If I had received a coupon for a future car wash. More

Alfio (our salesman) was a 10/10! He provided very good customer service. He did an excellent job of highlighting the features of the SX4 without being a typical "pushy" car salesman. He was very helpful in the whole process of trading in our old car and purchasing our new Suzuki. He was easy to communicate with in person as well as via phone and e-mail. The reason that not all of our stars are 5's is because although we really enjoyed our sales experience with Alfio, my husband and I both found the financing guy to be incredibly, stereotypically car salesman pushy and annoying. If it were up to my husband, we would have walked out on the deal based on our experience with the finance guy - and we were not even or ever planning on financing through the dealership, he just reviewed the contract and warranty options with us. All in all (minus pushy finance guy) the showroom was clean and well lit, the salespeople friendly and helpful and the process of purchasing the car quick and painless. The SX4 is a fun, zippy compact car which we are really enjoying driving. More

We bought our 2nd Kizashi at Advantage Suzuki. Both times we had good experiences. I feel we got a good trade on the 2010 Kizashi and Dwayne worked hard on getting us a fair price on the 2011 Kizashi to meet we had good experiences. Mu husband just passed away and I needed a new dependable car. I first looked at a Suburu Legacy, then I wanted to compare it to the Suzuki Kizashi. I met Vinni Oginski when I came in to Advantage Suzuki an car. I first looked at a Suburu Legacy, then I wanted to compare it to the Suzuki Kizashi. I met Vinni Oginski when I came in to Advantage Suzuki and he was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I told him I wanted a new car and was shopping around. I didn't want a SUV or a CRV or a truck. I also wanted at least a 6 cylinder, because I always drove cars with an 8. When Vinni told me they didn't make a 6, I was about to leave. He convinced me to take a test drive and I couldn't believe the power in the Kizashi. I also wanted a blue car, but it only came in beige interior. Since I test drove the red Kizashi, with black leather, and a sunroof, I was sold. I absolutely love it and I look great driving around in my shiny new red Suzuki Kizashi. GO KOOKY AT SUZUKI!!!!!
