brought my 2009 equator in with a rattling noise sort of like a heat shield or the catalitic converter. I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. We weren't "hunted" when we arrived. We were able to browse inventory before being greeted by our salesmen, Alfio. We went inside the showroom to discuss what we were looking for. Never once did my husband and I feel pressured. We test drove 3 different vehicles. Alfio didn't hover.. he let my husband and I discuss what we liked and didn't like in each vehicle without being pushed or swayed one way or another. In the end we decided on a used Ford Fusion. I was afraid the "great" customer service would end because we didn't decide on a Suzuki, but I was very wrong. In the end, after negotiating back and forth with finance, we agreed on a deal that made everyone happy. We called Alfio multiple times after our initial visit to the dealership and he always returned our calls quickly and answered all of our questions. When we went back to the dealer to sign the papers we were greeted like friends, business was done quickly to accommodate our needs (we had a 3 year old with us and needed the process to be done quickly). I will most definitely do business with Advantage Suzuki, specifically Alfio, again. More
I had some problems with an SX4 that I bought from this dealer and they were receptive to my problem and were able to put me into a kizashi which to date has been good for me and I feel confident in purcha dealer and they were receptive to my problem and were able to put me into a kizashi which to date has been good for me and I feel confident in purchasing from this dealer again, I only wish the next time I purchase a vehicle from this dealer is that the kizashi comes with a Diesel engine as an option for greater fuel economy other than that love the AWD and I am pleased with this purchase, being that this is my first new car I expect years of worry free driving that one comes to expect from a reputable company such as SUZUKI. I brought my car in for service and was told it would be a lot of money to fix, I cried, and then told them to go ahead. Within 15 minutes a salesman was on the phone trying to help me to get out from unde a lot of money to fix, I cried, and then told them to go ahead. Within 15 minutes a salesman was on the phone trying to help me to get out from under the service issues and put me into a new car. Alfie was wonderful he went way above the call of duty to make sure that I got a car I could afford and a car that I liked. All the people I dealt with at Advantage were friendly and extremely helpful. My salesman came to pick me up to take me to pick up my new car. He has come to my office for paperwork that needed to be signed and other little details that had to be taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone, they were wonderful. And I LOVE my new car. I have driven Suzuki's for 10 years and will continue to drive them!!! More
I had bought a vehicle from Albany Dodge and less than two months later I was involved in an accident which totaled my car. This was done even though my exsisting car loan had still not been paid off by the insurance company yet. I highly recommend them due to their fast serice, great product and sensativity to the needs of their customers. They even offered to pick me up knowing I did not have a vehicle to get there and I live 45 minues away! Very inpressive! More
What a great experience at Advantage Suzuki in Albany! First off, at my initial visit I was greeted AT THE DOOR by Alfie, who had a welcoming smile on his face. (I went to another dealer after this and was not greeted this way.) Alfie then asked how he could help us and we told him what we were looking for. He immediately got us brochures and started discussing the features of the cars that would fit our needs. He was very thorough. He was also more than happy to let us take a test-drive right away and rode along, explaining the different features while we were IN the car! From there it only took me a day to decided I loved the car (and Alfie!) and wanted to buy it. When I returned with my trade-in vehicle, Alfie again greeted me at the door and addressed me BY NAME! (I'd only met and spoken to him once.) He worked with me to negotiate a fair price for my trade-in and an unbelievably fair price for my new Suzuki SX4 Crossover. This was the most pleasant experience at a car dealership I've ever had, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone! More
This is the second Kizashi that I have purchased from Advantage. My first Kizashi was a 2010 GLS w. AWD & CVS, I traded it in with just over 57,000 miles. I must say it is an awesome car and the only reason I traded it in was to upgrade to the 2012 SLS model. I was able to take advantage of $1,500 in cash back incentives and the great financing rate that my salesman, Dave 'Pinky' P. and his salesmanager, Joe Barakat found me. Both of these guys were great to work with. I got an excellent trade-in value for my 2010 and the price on my new 2012 SLS was very competitve. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Suzuki. I have owned a BMW, Subaru Legacy, SAAB's and I cannot understand how the Kizashi is not more popular. It is a fantastic car with the AWD and the safety & performance features blow-away cars costing thousands of dollars more! More
