Samantha the service advisor as absolutely fantastic. I have been to other dealer ships in the capital area and never have I had an advisor meet me outside the door and assist me in what I needed done. I have purchased new vehicles from several Albany area dealerships in the past. Some have been good experiences and many have been very painful! I bought a new SX4 Crossover from them for a good price with essentially no haggling. Everything was above board and I love the car. My salesman - Dave Piusienski - is a nice guy who made sure all my concerns were addressed to my satisfaction. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend Dave as the salesman to ask for! David was not pushy, I didn't feel like I had to purchase the car if I didn't want to. He got me all the discounts available and was able to get me to the price I wanted. As cliche as it may sound I walked into Advantage anticipating the same resistance, hesitance and pure rudeness that I had experienced at other local dealers because of the credit issues leftover fro anticipating the same resistance, hesitance and pure rudeness that I had experienced at other local dealers because of the credit issues leftover from a divorce. I work two jobs, have two kids and go to school and desperately needed a good car. Because of the credit issues I was left with other dealers made me feel like I had no options and that the wreck they tried to sell me at Mercedes cost was a favor. I was not treated faily at other dealers and rarely with friendly service. I decided to try one more time and walked into Advantage where I was greeted immediately by Vincent. He was very attentive and I told him up front about what I was facing and what I brought to the table. Without skipping a beat he smiled and said he would do all he could to help me. He asked what vehicle I was looking for and after analyzing my situation actually recommended a vehicle that was even newer than what I thought I was going to get! He levelled with me, empathized and was realistic about possibilities. He was truthful and frank about everything but I actually felt like a valued customer and not the waste of time that other dealers made me feel like. He never told me what he could't do only what he could do. I had never heard a dealer say "what I can do is"...it was always, "I don't think we can..." He was very informative, got me certain answers to any questions I had, shared his own experiences and worked fast! I walked in on a Thursday and left on Friday afternoon with my 2008 Hyundai Elantra. I almost cried when he gave me the keys. He got me in a contract for exactly the payment I wanted, less down payment than I ever thought I would need and with a 3 year BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty when I thought I was only leaving with a powertrain. As small as it may sound, this transaction has actually made me feel like a second chance in life and a great way to start a new year and a new life. I don't think I will EVER buy a car from anyone else and hope that Vincent is still selling cars when I pay this one off and am ready to trade in. I would send ANYONE I know to him and have NO COMPLAINTS! More

This is my second purchase from this dealership. First thing is my sales rep, Alfie, was fantastic on both occasions my family has now purchased 3 vehicles, 2 from me and one from my father, from them wor thing is my sales rep, Alfie, was fantastic on both occasions my family has now purchased 3 vehicles, 2 from me and one from my father, from them working with Alfie. If he left I would follow him. So I would first recommend him. Secondly the dealership had worked with me in financing and got me terms that I could work with as well as foud other incentives such as extra slur for my trade, even though it had body damage. They also treated me with utmost respect which is a rarity considering I am 21, most dealerships dismiss me as a child instead of a serious buyer. I brought my girlfriend last time with me and while I was the ont decision maker they treated her as if she was part of the process, that is to say none of the typical sexism we have come to expect from past interactions with dealerships. Over all amazing and like I said most was because of Alfie, next time I'm in the market I know where my only stop will be. Also, on a side note, print out this page and show it to Alfie and I'm sure he might be able to knock off another few hundred of the price f the car with the referral program they have. More
