Just bought a 2012 SX4 Crossover and couldn't be happier!!! Alfi was eager to educate me on all the cars in the lot and helped me to find the perfect fit. The process went so smoothly. What can i say, everything was great, bought a new car from Advantage and the process went super smooth considering i did most of it over the phone. Was fortunate to work with Rhett, he was great at kee from Advantage and the process went super smooth considering i did most of it over the phone. Was fortunate to work with Rhett, he was great at keeping me updated on all the details of the transaction, was knowledgable of the Kizashi and the Suzuki brand in general, he was very attentive while i was voicing my concerns and discussing competitor vehicles, never felt pressured and best of all was no b.s ...everything Rhett said over the phone regarding price,value for my trade in, etc was 100% accurate, no baiting, no bs. Almost forgot i would have had to take a day off from work to pick car up during week so Rhett arranged for me to pick it up on Sunday after they had already closed and he even stuck around well after closing time to go over the car's features to make sure i was good. Let me tell you i drove just over 100 miles from Orange County to Advantage and it was honeslty worth it, got a great deal, awesome value for my trade in and i felt like a valuable customer when i went to pick the car up. I wouldnt hesitate recomending or buying from them again. Thank you guys! More
I gave this rating because I went in not really expecting to be able to even get a car. The one I had was not in bad shape but was cosigned and I wanted a car that I could get financed on my own. What I traded for size was more than made up in attitude...these little buggers can FLY..."ahem" sorry, I got carried away. Any way, Rhett was awesome, no pressure just pointed out the pros, to my cons, and let the SX4 do the rest. I'm very glad I went in and will DEFINATELY send people I know to Rhett and the rest of the team at Advantage Suzuki. More
I felt that they were disorganized. I made my appointment at the beggininng of the week and had to make arrangements to get my car there. My car is only three months old and I was having an issu appointment at the beggininng of the week and had to make arrangements to get my car there. My car is only three months old and I was having an issue with the equipment installed in my car. It was installed through suzuki through an outside vendor. Come to find out the vendor was never contacted to have them there for my appointment and they were the ones that needed to look at it. My car went down twice and never looked at. I decided to contact the outside subcontractor myself because dealing with them was awful. Not to mention that a month ago when my car went in for body work it came out with scratches that were not on it when it went in. Which the body shop did make that right so I can not fault them on that other than the fact that the dealership is a drive for me and it is inconvient to have to drive down there more than once for the same issue. I purchased a used Kia Sorento from this dealership almost two weeks ago on a Saturday. Iniitially I was apprehensive because I planned to go to a Kia dealership but I liked Dominic who was the sales p almost two weeks ago on a Saturday. Iniitially I was apprehensive because I planned to go to a Kia dealership but I liked Dominic who was the sales person. Everything went pretty smooth and I arranged to pick the car up that Monday. I asked to be called to confirm the rate I was approved for; additionally Dominic promised he would be there that evening when I came to pick up the vehicle. I arrived and Dominic was not around, so I met with someone else. However, when Mark brought the paperwork over, I asked why I wasn't called as requested about the rate and my monthly payment. He informed me that they dont call each customer to tell them that information unless it's requested. I explained I requested it, however, I was more annoyed at the way he responded as if I was asking too much of them. Furthermore, I was told they did not have the title so I would be given dealer plates for a couple of days. I also asked about the second key and was told to follow-up with Dominic. A few days passed, and I did not hear from Dominic (who claimed he would call the next day to see how the car was running). I contacted him on his cell phone and he apologized and informed me he was out of town and did not have a chance to call me. I asked about the second key and when I would be able to get my plates for the car. He said he would follow-up with me on both including locating the car manual. A few days passed and no follow-up, so I called and spoke with Chris, the sales manager, who's people skills could use improvement. He basically said if the manual wasn't in the car theres not much they can do; "they dont go out and purchase car manuals". Furthermore, he stated Dominic shouldn't have promised one to me, although he didnt, he just said he would look into it. Basically, the next day Chris called me and said they have the plates and I could come in to finish up my paperwork (over a week later). When I arrived I completed the paperwork with another sales guy, Hank who was very nice and tried his best to make the best of a bad situation. He informed me he would be helping me because Dominic no longer works for the company. I completed my paperwork and was given the second key. Mark came and spoke to me for a few minutes about a minor issue with the car and that he placed a call to the original owner and requested the manual. While finalizing the paperwork, Hank says I owe $16.50 for DMV fees, I questioned what it was for specifically and he did not know. He left to ask Chris and came back and said it was money that wasn't covered in the deal. I thought to myself this place has the worst customer service ever, they dont take the time to explain anything and it's obvious its all about the sale. After the sale, everything else is irrelevant. I believe my expectations were too high because when I bought my first car from a different dealership it was a good experience because they had great customer service and made sure they communicated on all aspects. I gave this dealership a poor rating because they lack communication, have poor customer service skills and could use improvement on professionalism (hence the throwing each other under the bus to the customer). I like the car, just wish I bought it somewhere else. More
