All i have to say is this the 2nd time i have used your service dept. and both times I have left very very unhappy. You sent me coupons for $21.99 oil change and $1 state inspection. I made the appt. showed up on time gave the coupons and was told i am only able to use a total of 1 coupon per visit. All you are doing is wasting my gas. The coupons do say only one per visit but like every other coupon, that is one coupon per product you are buying. Now i have to waste gas again and drive back up another day to get my inspection done. Then on top of that you wanted to charge $63.00 to change a cab air filter. Come on this is insane. I went to auto zone bought a filter and had in changed in under 5 min. What would you do if you went to a store to buy stuff and was told sir, are company is getting very strict and tight only one coupon.
