I have bought two cars from here and also recommended someone and they bought a car from there. I recently went back to Suzuki to see what they would give me for my car. Chris told me he wasnt able to gi someone and they bought a car from there. I recently went back to Suzuki to see what they would give me for my car. Chris told me he wasnt able to give me what I wanted for it, but that he would be able to take the car and I pay for it while it sits on the lot to be sold. After this discussion with him I went and bought a used Jeep from another dealer, after weeks of talking with Chris he called me back to tell me he wasnt able to do the deal we had worked out so still to this day Im stuck with two cars now because I was promised something that didnt happen. After all this my tire pressure sensor was broken and I called up to find out how much it would be and they told me $300. I went to another place and got the part fixed for $80, but no place is able to clear the tire pressure sensor besides Suzuki. On Thursday February,21st 2013 I brought my car to get the code cleared. The service department told me it would take an hour to clear the sensor, after 3 hours they finally called me back and told me I needed a new battery in order for them to clear the code. What they were doing for the 3 hours I dont know.I asked how much a battery would cost and they told me $160. I thought that was alot for a battery so I told Suzuki I would pick up my car and bring it to get a battery somewhere else. I brought my car to 2 different places and they tested the battery and it came back GOOD. I have the receipts to prove it. Suzuki tried to charge me $100 for clearing a code and $160 for a battery (that I didnt need) . I dont appreciate being taken advantage of . Im a good customer there and have bought my past 2 cars from here. I will not take it back there for any service nor will I recommend anyone buy a car from here. More
When we purchased the car the sales person did not go over anything about the car when we picked it up. I received a phone the next day stating that I had the wrong gas cap on the car. I asked if I could over anything about the car when we picked it up. I received a phone the next day stating that I had the wrong gas cap on the car. I asked if I could just stop in the get the new cap with out the car and they said yes. When I went the next day to get the cap they said that they needed the old cap back! It was the day before Thanksgiving and I was going out of town so I told I would bring it to them the next Monday. I live about 40 min from the dealership and it cost me time and GAS!to make so may trips for a mistake they made. When I dropped off the cap I asked about going over the car we me and they said that they would do it at the first service. I made an appt for first service a month later. My husband brought the car in.... they had the car less than 20 min. and claimed they checked 40 things and changed the oil! They then charged my husband over $30 for the FREE service and we received no FREE CAR WASH. My husband waited 20 more min. but no sale person ever came to explain anything to him so he gave up and left. When I called and asked why there was a charge for the FREE SERVICE they said that they no longer honored that promise!( after sending me an Email stated it would be free) I requested a refund and they said I needed to fax them a copy of the email.I used the fax number on the top of the invoice and tried 8 times with out getting through ( line was always busy) I call the dealership and was transferred to a person who had no clue what I wanted and he hung up on me. I called again and was given another fax number to use. I am now waiting to see if the refund comes through on my credit card. Needless to say we have not had a very good experience with Advantage Suzuki service dept. More
Laura was a wonderful sales person. She was able to overcome my credit challanges and put me in a new car which is more than I every thought would happen. It did not take a great deal of time to finali overcome my credit challanges and put me in a new car which is more than I every thought would happen. Went in today to trade my Subaru for a new SX4. I knew what I wanted and called that in before going. Dwayne had the car I wanted ready and waiting for me to test drive it. After that, we got down to negotiating and after a couple of go arounds with his boss, we came to an agreement. They go the car ready for me in about 2.5 hours so I didn't have to come back the next day. I live 1.5 hours away. So I happily came home with my new car. Full of gas and clean. Couldn't ask for a better experience. More
I was curious about the Super Deal on the new Suzuki's they are offering ($5,000 OFF MSRP!!!!) Then I went in for a test drive of the SX4 Tech Value Package and really liked it. I told Rhett I was going to finance it through my bank and he said they could probably meet or beat the rate, but he wasn't pushy at all. Came back a week later with the check in my hand, and he had the Color i wanted all washed and gassed up ready to go for me. No B.S. at all great car, great price, great dealership! More

I came in for an oil change and explained to the service advisor I needed to get back to work. He gave me a time frame of 45 minutes and had the car ready in 30! Al was very helpful and made sure to look through all the available inventory to make sure they had what I was looking for. He was extremely friendly, which makes buying a car that much nicer. Joe helped me with some of the financing/warranty information, and was also helpful. The process was extremely quick, and only took about 2 hours from start to finish. I am pleased with my purchase, and will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. I would buy from this dealership/salesmen again in the future if given the chance. More
