I visited Destination Kia for warranty service on my Kia Borrego. While waiting, I decided to look at the new cars. I told Mark I was not really looking to purchase a new car, but I did have questions on the current models. I found Mark to be very easy to talk with and extremely knowledgable of the Kia product line. The more I looked at the 2014 Kia Sorento, the more I liked it. I told Mark that i would bring my wife to the dealership to show her the car. She was as impressed as I was and we found a vehicle in stock with the color and options we wanted. We decided to see if we could put a deal together. With the help of Mark and Shaun Collins who had some great ideas on how to structure the deal we made our decision to purchase the car and later on in the day we picked up our new vehicle. The crew who made the car ready for delivery did an outstanding job and all the paperwork was in order and very well explained to us. All in all this was a great car buying experience. More

We had a 2004 Kia Sedona with 124,000 miles on it. Our Sedona was still in very good condition, but since we are over 65 , it was time for us to get a new car. After meeting Tony and looking at and test Sedona was still in very good condition, but since we are over 65 , it was time for us to get a new car. After meeting Tony and looking at and test driving several other Kia models , we decided to stay with the Sedona. The 2014 Sedona had many new features that we liked including the updated dashboard, and side console in front. The new car has more power and a better turning radius than the 2004, and definitely gets better gas mileage . Tony was very professional, yet personable, from the very beginning and was especially helpful in obtaining a bank release on our 2004 Sedona, as we had paid it off several years ago. We are very pleased with the purchase price! (Including a military discount.) and have recommended Destination Kia to our friends and family . More

I came into destination Kia today with my fiance just looking to see what my options were to leasing or buying g a new Kia soul. We were greeted by Tim who was very attentive in asking me all the right questions. I explained to him exactly what I was looking for and explained that I was online looking at the souls. He let me take the car for a test drive on the highway to "open her up a little bit". This car purred I fell in love instantly but still tried to play hard ball. When we got back to the office I let Tim crunch some numbers for me and advised him what worked for me. He gets A+++++ for listening to me from the beginning and have me both of my options. Long story short we ended up purchasing the Kia soul from Tim and I couldn't be any happier with all of the customer service I received today. I was NEVER pressured in buying anything. I appreciate the fact that he took his time with me and made me feel like I was #1!! I can't wait to pick up my car on Monday!! Thanks Tim!! I also say with the financial counselor Ohad whom was also equally as pleasant to deal with! He stayed an hour passed closing just to help me finalize my paperwork. All I can say is awesome customer service at this dealership and I would recommend any and everyone to come here!!! More

This place is great. The location is perfect and their service is wonderful. I just had my 30,000 mile service and my car runs perfectly after.
