I bought a brand new Suzuki Kazashi from Advantage in November. The customer service was decent. Not too pushy, but overly friendly. They worked with me to make the car affordable. I noticed an odd smell in the vehicle when I purchased it but figured it was just chemicals in the fabric or something. When I brought it home to my parents they were adamant that it was mildew/mold. We brought it to a mechanic who confirmed that the strong smell was actually mildew but couldn't identify where it was coming from. I brought it the dealership and they did an ionizing treatment that's supposed to absorb any moisture that's in the car. They ran it for a couple hours and sprayed it with orange deodorizer. A few days later when the orange scent wore off, the mold smell was back. I brought it back a few more times for the same treatment but it didn't work so I had to lemon the car after getting nowhere with the manufacturer. The smell is so strong that it clings onto anything that comes in contact with the car interior (clothing, shopping bags, etc.) It's horrible and definitely not something anyone should have to experience with a brand new car. They would have to rip out the rugs and upholstery to get rid of the mold since it's embedded in the car. They were much more helpful and friendly with my dad than they were with me. Maybe because I was going in as a single woman? Not sure, but he was able to get much farther with them than I was which was pretty frustrating. I want the same car, minus the nasty smell. More

Customer service was good, Rob did well at selling the car to us we got it at a great price!. We had a few set backs on the car and condition it was presented to us, which is being taken care of this wee car to us we got it at a great price!. Service was great. Alex recommended I do a n alligment to save on tired wear as my tires are starting to cup. My most recent service visit was for an oil change. It was easy to schedule an appointment at a time that was convenient for me. So I went to this Suzuki dealership as my last resort in buying a car. And I can say I am pleased with the service they provided. I was there only for an hour as they were able to help me choose a vehicle a buying a car. And I can say I am pleased with the service they provided. I was there only for an hour as they were able to help me choose a vehicle as well as take care of all the paperwork while I was at work. I drove away in a 2013 Suzuki SX4 later that evening. I'm very pleased with the service and highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new car. More
