MY son and his fiansee went down to purchase a new Suzuki 2x4. We had searched on line for dealer and this was the best one we could finf. We traveled 160 miles one way. They purchased their Suzuki and I was so impressed with the people there that I asked what thet would give me for my 2007 Tuscon in trade. It was a spire of the moment thing. We sat down and talked and I bought a new 2x4 only in a different color. We were all impressed with the wrap around warranty that that and the price sold two cars. I HOPE TO MAKE THIS BRIEF AND INFORMATIVE: I DEALT WITH RHETT BUTLER AND WAS LOOKING TO BUY A SLIGHTLY USED CAR. I SAW ONE ONLINE AND CALLED, BUT LOST IT TO ANOTHER BUYER. RHETT IMMEDIATELY FOUND ANOTHER O RHETT BUTLER AND WAS LOOKING TO BUY A SLIGHTLY USED CAR. I SAW ONE ONLINE AND CALLED, BUT LOST IT TO ANOTHER BUYER. RHETT IMMEDIATELY FOUND ANOTHER ONE AND CALLED ME. THE CAR WAS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED AND RHETT WAS AWESOME! I CAME FOR A TEST DRIVE AND DECIDED THAT I WANTED IT. THE PRICE WAS ALREADY LOWER THAN I EXPECTED AND AFTER SOME SEARCHING AROUND REALIZED HIS PRICE COULD NOT BE BEATEN. I NOTICED IT WAS MISSING THE REAR DECK PIECE AND RHETT GOT ONE AND PUT IT IN. HE DID JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING FOR ME PAPERWORK/LOAN ETC... THEY EVEN DELIVERED THE VEHICLE TO MY HOUSE, TOOK AWAY MY TRADE, AND I LIVE ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF AWAY! THE RUNNER WAS A GREAT PERSON TO DEAL WITH TOO THOUGH I CAN'T REMEMBER HIS NAME. THE CAR COULD NOT BE ANY BETTER. THEY CAME BACK A WEEK LATER LETTING ME DRIVE ON THEIR PLATES, TOOK CARE OF THE INSURANCE, AND WENT TO THE REGISTRY. THEY CAME TO MY PLACE OF WORK, PUT THE NEW PLATES ON, AND GAVE ME THE REGISTRATION. I HATE TO SEE SUZUKI LEAVING THE MARKET SINCE THESE ARE GREAT VEHICLES. IF I NEED ANOTHER VEHICLE, I WILL DEFINITELY BE LOOKING FOR RHETT. More

I bought two cars 8 months ago at Goldstein and when I tried to go back to trade a vehicle in I was treated very rudely. I left without making a deal. My next stop was Advantage Suzuki where I was treated with a smile and a lot of respect. I was up front with the sales man and explained to him how things were and that I was way upside down. When I explained this to him he smiled and said no problem. Well without me telling him what I wanted my payments to be he came within 10 dollars of that mark. When all said and done after adding gap and etc. I left paying 20 more than I wanted BUT I was saving at least 200 a month just on gas alone. Again service was awesome. The car couldn't get its detail ans inspection done so Sales Manager Joe Barakat hooked me up and threw on dealer plates and said see ya Monday and enjoy. He did this so that I didn't have to take the Jeep home and keep wasting gas money in that guzzler. Also, I would like to add David Brown offered to get us drinks and or snack several times during our visit. After we said yes we realized he was pulling out his own money to buy us a drink of water. He did not have to do this in my opinion but it was a very nice gesture. At the end of the sale we found out that he only has been working there for 2 weeks. I couldn't tell because he seemed like he worked there for months if not years. More
