My salesman was great and I very happy with my Kia. The problem I jad was the delivery. I made an appt to pick up my car at 4:30 and even left work an hour early so as not to interfere w/ my daughter's sof problem I jad was the delivery. I made an appt to pick up my car at 4:30 and even left work an hour early so as not to interfere w/ my daughter's softball game at 6pm. I was not taken into finance until 5:40, so I sat there for over an hour waiting to take delivery of my car. Needless to say, wr were 45 minutes late to the softball game and I used an hour of my vacation time from work for absolutely nothing. And I have had to go back twice due to paperwork issues. Hopefully I was exception and not the rule so to say. More

Destination Kia is the former Advantage Suzuki - what an awesome experience ! Clean, bright showroom, everyone was friendly, the purchase and delivery process was flawless. I am satisfying with their excellent dealer from KIA - Albany, NY. It is more closer than long distance Fuccillo KIA store, It's not far from where I live. I just traded it to lease at another KIA at same Albany, NY. It is more closer than long distance Fuccillo KIA store, It's not far from where I live. I just traded it to lease at another KIA at same kind of vehicle. Last lease vehicle is originally from Schenectady Fuccillo. I preferred here because there's a friendly dealers and great cooperation while conservative with disability customers who interested purchase it. I am on second lease and I feel much comfortable to drive with Forte KIA vehicle. Thank You so much for take a time during their service. More

Since 2005 I have dealt with different local Kia dealer. I received a MUCH better deal at Destination Kia. The selection was better and my sales person, Jason was great.
