Destination Kia is highly recommended in my book! Tim and Lou made it a fast an easy process. Any other dealership I experienced I feel like they were screwing me over and were just in it for the money. Tim is awesome at what he does and does not make you feel that way. Lou sets you up with the best rates & extended warrantees without trying to squeeze every little penny out of your pocket. The instant we walked into the showroom, we felt the homey atmosphere and were warmly greeted by Mark Lewtschenko. After listening carefully to what we were looking for, Mark found the perfect car for us -- a 2012 Suzuki Kizashi GTS. It was love at first sight, and we couldn't be happier with our new vehicle! Mark and Lou worked tirelessly and went above and beyond to give us a fantastic deal and financing that came in lower than we expected. Before going to Destination Kia, we tried one other dealer that, quite frankly, was not interested in working with us to put us in a quality vehicle within our budget. Destination Kia is busy, and the place is hopping, which is not difficult to understand given their large selection and awesome deals; but we never felt rushed. In capital region we are having only few good dealers that we can count and on 760 Central Avenue Kia (before was Suzuki) was and I believe is one of them. Unfortunately (may be this is my own personal p that we can count and on 760 Central Avenue Kia (before was Suzuki) was and I believe is one of them. Unfortunately (may be this is my own personal problem) now a days I am not happy overall. Before when it was Suzuki, the service center guys were very friendly, they used to give details about the services they provided for that particular day (in a check list form), they used to say 'please call us any time if u find something wrong after servicing'...and not only that the price wise they themself sometimes recommended how to save money and can get the best services. However, now the picture is totally opposite. just now (yesterday) I ended up a lot money for my new car servicing (still dont know clearly what they have done-just gave me a receipt with dropdown list (which layman like me can't understand)-with huge amount), not good behave from staff at all, seems very professional (dont know what is their benefit) and you know what, after came back home was getting some burning smell from right side of my car engine with little smoke. Today is sunday, they are close and certainly I know if I find the same smoke problem again and go back to them tomorrow, for sure they will say it is my problem and will be ending up paying them again. See, thats the feeling now I have for KIA Service department and I am really sorry for this. I wish they will keep the same standard like the way they had before (when they were known as Suzuki). And I also hope this feedback will be ignored by other customers who are satisfied by them. May be I am the unfortunate here :) More

He guided me thru the process of trade-in and financing. Was much easier than I thought. Dennis advocated for me with financing and incentive issues. I was highly impressed with his work ethic and the way he carried himself. I actually entered the dealership and requested a female salesperson, historically men have been very pushy and overbearing. The greeter set me up with Dennis and said "Dont worry, hes a good guy"....so I was cauious at first, but very pleased in the end. Dennis took the time to give me his cell number and answered my questions when he was not on shift. The rest of the dealership was friendly and accommodating. Thanks Nicole Taylor More
