As crazy as this sounds, 2 weeks earlier I had purchased a new Sorento. Liked it, but wanting all the bells and whistles, I called and was hooked up with Mike. A match made in Dealership! I immediately knew, Mike was the man...he was wonderful! As soon as I pulled in, there was the car of my dreams...the Sorento that had whistles blowing my name. Mike and the team made the transistion painless. Mike knew I was in a hurry that day to get back to work that day, and there he is, literally, running the length of the showroom to get my car ready!! Everyone, including the sweet, little greeter, were so gracious and warm and friendly. Yes, I'm already telling everyone...you must go to Destination Kia! Thanks Mike. I did make it to work on time and I love, love my Sorento EX !!! More
What a great experience. We were greeted as soon as we arrived by the Kia door greeter and offered a beverage. Chris Bucher our salesperson was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. i have purchased many different vehicles from numerous dealers and they all pale in comparison to Henry, Gary and the gang at this dealership. Henry took the time to help my wife pick out the perfect vehi dealers and they all pale in comparison to Henry, Gary and the gang at this dealership. Henry took the time to help my wife pick out the perfect vehicle for her (2014 Sorento) at an affordable lease payment and Gary made the delivery process seamless. Scheduled a service appointment on the Web two weeks in advance for a Saturday and called the Monday before the appointment just to confirm that my electrical work could be done. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was advised that this type of service was not available on a Saturday. Kenny did attempt to help me in whatever way he could, however it would have been helpful to have received a call in advance, so that I wasn't inconvenienced. The appt. was rescheduled to a weekday, and work was completed to my satisfaction. On that follow-up appt., I spoke with both Kenny and Pat, who again tried to assist in whatever way they could. More
I didn't really know what the girl's name was, she didn't seem very friendly. She handed me the papers at the end and just told me to sign them. It had a price on there but I was unsure because I thought I didn't have to pay for the first service. I had to wait until she came back so I could ask her about that. In the meantime, another guy in service answered my question. I had to ask why my car wasn't washed as it said it would be in the email that was sent to me, that was part of the deal. She said that maybe they didn't wash it because it was raining. So I had to have them bring my car back in so it could be washed, which made me have to wait some more for the car. Other than that I love my car. I hope the service isn't always going to be like this though. More

I would like to file a complaint against Destination Kia in Albany, (949-468-4905) and Destination Kia (518-591-0753) Dear Kia Motors America, Inc. I would like to file a complaint against Destination Kia in Albany, NY and give a complement to Fuccillo Kia in Schenectady, NY.. I am a physician who currently owns six vehicles including three Kia vehicles and I have never been treated so rudely in my life by an auto dealership as I was today at Destination Kia. I was attempting to return my 2012 Kia Sorrento as the lease was expiring. I called Destination Kia and was told I could just drop it by since I was not leasing or purchasing another vehicle at this time. I then made plans as I live over an hour away and had to make special arrangements for someone to follow me to the dealer to drive me back home. When I showed up at the dealer I was met by the salesman and he asked me if I was interested in buying or leasing a new vehicle. I explained to him that I was driving another new Kia that I had bought for my daughter that she wasn't using right now and explained I would be interested in leasing another Kia in about 6 months. I was then told I needed an appointment to return the vehicle. I explained that when I called Destination Kia and spoke to a sales person, they had told me I did not need an appointment and I had come a long distance and needed to return the vehicle today. He then checked with his manager twice and was told again I needed an appointment. I then asked if I could make an appointment and he told me to call for one and refused to even make one there for me. I then said I was going to be filing a complaint against the dealership. He then put his arms up and walked away and refused to talk further with me telling me that it was his day off and he was not even supposed to be there. I then went out to the parking lot and called Fucillo Kia in Schenectady and they told me no appointment was necessary and to stop by and drop the vehicle off. I then dropped the vehicle by and the transaction went very smoothly and professionally in minutes. I give high marks for customer service at Fucillo Kia in Schenectady to manager Michael Bowers. In closing, I have never been treated so poorly as I was treated by Destination Kia in my 30 years of purchasing and leasing vehicles! To add insult to injury I got a call from a Destination Kia salesman as I was driving away asking if I wanted to buy a vehicle. I highly recommend remedial help for the Destination Kia staff educating them on courtesy and giving proper phone information when dealing with customers. I will never step foot in that dealership again! Please let me know that you got this complaint and what action is planned. I will also be posting my negative experience online in dealer rating sites and social media. I will be sure to lease and puchase all my future Kia vehicles from Fucillo Kia in Schenectady. More
