I knew exactly what I wanted, the Kia Soul. We went to a few other dealerships before going to Destination as it was the furthest from our house. I am so glad we made the extra drive. We recently purchased a Kis Sedona van from Tony Antonecchia and the experience was wonderful. Tony was not pushy and gave us time to look at the van that we wanted. This was the worst car shopping experience of my life. The entire experience lacked organization, coordination, and general user satisfaction. With the exception of the price itself, it was a disaster. When I picked up the vehicle, the remote starter was removed and here I am 2 weeks later still trying to get a new one put back in. DMV paperwork was not initially filed correctly, and I had to call the dealer to figure things out on my own. Clearly the biggest offense to me was a threatening phone call by the salesman (the third one I was passed along to) after he failed to call within almost two hours of our agreed upon time. This dealership supports the reviews I've heard from others and fulfills its role as a poorly managed and staffed sales environment. It's only a matter of time until the poor reputation really reaches the masses and all business is lost. I certainly will not be returning to this dealer and will most definitely not recommend it to my peers. More
I brought my car in 4 recalls and a coolant leak. I was very pleased to hear that the fluid leak was a minor issue and would not cost a lot to fix. My car was ready about when I thought it was ready. I really liked having a shuttle not only take me to work but was also able to pick me up. I liked that feature. This is one reason why I will continue to have work done there. More
My Backup Camera was not working. I made an appointment and they diagnosed that I needed a new rear camera which had to be ordered. They called me a couple of days later and I made an appointment to come and they diagnosed that I needed a new rear camera which had to be ordered. They called me a couple of days later and I made an appointment to come back and have it replaced which they did at no charge. The camera works fine now. They also did an update to my Vehicles Computer while I was there (no charge) as it was a required recall item. I also had an oil and filter change while I was in. ($40). Overall they were very friendly and took care of my problem. I would definitely go back. P.S. They have a very comfortable waiting area with free coffee and a large screen TV and many, comfortable couches! More

I took my 2012 optimal in for an oil change and decided to look in to switching to a lease. Naomi was the sales person that worked with us. She was very personable and very knowledgeable.
